As an experienced landlord I recently used Homes Online let only services. I tried their services as my other agent seemed to have great difficulty finding me a suitable tenant. As soon as I advertised through Homes Online they found me a great tenant. They also did a credit check on another potential tenant who turned out to have a poor credit history, including none payment of council tax. I am thankful that by using the agency they were able to screen out unsuitable tenants. I believe the agency also appeals to prospective tenants as other agencies are charging extortionate fees to both the landlord and prospective tenant. I would recommend their services to both landlords and prospective tenants. read more
