Do not use. Many times they have said the property had been empty, yet I've been there and houseful of people living there who say they pay in cash each month and happy to continue to stay. No inventory ever done, keys lost after each tenant changes (which I then have to pay for new locks). Nightmare company, especially vindar. Vile man. I have evidence to prove he lets his friends stay in the property without paying rent. Please avoid. Have taken legal action.

Neil and Geoff were extremely friendly from the start but that quickly ended once we'd signed the…read morecontract. They were 2 hours late to meet us at the property the day we were moving in. The property had apparently been cleaned that day but clearly hadn't. Paint was all over the counters and floor. We rented on the terms of unfinished, but when we got into the house rubbish had been left, and bins had been filled incorrectly. There were 2 broken wardrobes and lampshades left scattered around. When discussing this with Neil he brushed it off and tried to get us to just live with it. Eventually we ended up getting permission to get rid of them but we had to dispose of them ourselves. The next few days we really found out all the problems with the house. The sink wasn't connect and had been covered with a rag, the water just poured onto the bathroom floor. The lights in the hall, master bedroom and living room didn't work at all regardless of lightbulb changes. The cooker was fickle and didn't work (later deemed as unsafe by a gasman), and we didn't get the porch key just the interior door keys. When discussing this with Neil he said they were just 'teething problems' and would be 'fixed eventually'. After saying to Geoff that we felt that not having the porch key was unsafe he all but laughed and said he didn't have a porch but his house was safe. It took 3 weeks for them to have the lights fixed after constant emails, texts and phone calls of which most were not returned. The sink Neil tampered with to try and fix it but ended up just having the water pour onto the patio, drip through the kitchen window and onto the kitchen floor. This was eventually fixed. The shower didn't work, but because the bath did this wasnt a priority. It was eventually fixed. There is only one fire alarm on the stairs for the entire house. We never recieved the gate key so the neighbour gave us theirs to copy so we could get our bins out. The windows had been painted shut and took great effort to open them. We never did manage to open one in the smallest bedroom. After moving in we asked them to take the to let sign away with them to which Neil cheekily asked us to keep it up for at least 2 weeks because it's good advertisement for them and their small business. Even though the sign blocked the drive way then asking us to write a positive review of their company. I feel this would not have been asked of a middle aged man. When we took the sign down it would magically be put back up. They don't keep you in the loop of things happening in your own home. Our cooker didn't work from the get go, after numerous calls and having someone come out and clean/ access it for £86!! They decided to do something about it. Told us we'd hear from them in a couple of days and after hearing nothing for almost 5 I called them. Only to find out a new cooker was being delivered Wednesday, they hadn't told us and we then had to make arrangements to be in the house then as myself and my housemate both work full time. They arrange times to meet you and then don't turn up! When you ring they say they got too busy to come, no phone call to let you know or anything. Doesn't matter that you rescheduled things or stayed in waiting for them. They see all of this as them doing US a FAVOUR instead of doing their JOBS in the first place. Overall the company is unprofessional, had clearly not done their job as property managers before we have moved in. Problems kept cropping up after they'd sold the house as  fantastic and one of the best they had. They were happy to take £850 rent a month but not ensure the house was fit for purpose. We feel they treated us unprofessioanlly and didn't take us seriously. Many of the workers that came to the house had said they felt we were being taken advantage of because we were young and female. In addition to this getting them to reply to other agency emails or phone calls was very difficult. Which made it near impossible to get a reference for new housing. Took them nearly 2 week's to get back to an agency. Would NEVER use this company again.
