Ok I suppose. Just got the $10 wash. Worker was trying to explain the unlimited payments. Said we wanted the $21.99 unlimited package. He said ok, then next month your card is charged $34.99. I was confused and asked why the difference? He didn't have an answer. He was as confused as we were. So we just opted for the one time wash. Used the vacuums. They were good. But getting in and out of the vacuum area is tight. Cars backing up and carts trying to get in. I don't think we will be back unless its an emergency wash. Did notice that there were still lots of bugs on my grill. The guy at the entrance of wash sprayed the bug stuff on the windshield but not grill. Didn't really have a dirty windshield so not sure why he did that. Anyways, ok fit a $10 wash but glad it wasn't more and glad we didn't do the unlimited. read more

Alright , so i've been very patient with this company, but now they ghosted me... i had a membership with them and last time I went to get my car washed, their machine malfunctioned and ripped up the guard under my car. In this case three big issues happen, employee slacking off after being told about the specific rod that sticks out sometimes and all he has to do is push it down with his foot( told by another employee). The next one is the obvious one which is machine malfunction. In the third thing is that this was a known problem they've had for a couple to a few months (told by another employee). They called me about a week and a 1/2 after the incident telling me I need two separate quotes from two different shops and to get back with them. I have tried to contact them multiple times and of course it's an AI assistants that refuses to let you talk to real customer support. All it tells you is that it will have someone contacting me. No one has contacted me. I also told them over the phone to cancel my subscription since they damaged my car which I feel like it's a fair reason. They still charged me. I'm very chill person and don't like doing stuff like this, but at some point there has to be some accountability. read more

The staff is very nice. The first roller hit the base of my antenna, NOT the antenna, the base of it, where it connects to the fender. And bent it, out and back, and the fender material around it. They said there is a disclaimer there. Again it is the base that is bolted to the fender. But since it is attached to the antenna they are not going to help fix it. They also recommended taking it off? I told them I'd have to unbolt it from the fender, didn't care; are they joking! Do NOT use this place. read more

I have been a Premium Plan customer for 3 years, today was the second time that my car has been damaged for faulty equipment. While I was in the washing tunnel, there was a constant, noise of something hitting my car when the second vertical brush on the right side was working on it. After the wash was completed I went to the detailing isle to dry it out and found several scratches ON ALL THE WINDOWS ON THE RIGHT SIDE, I ask for the Manager and, as expected, he was not there. One of the employees went to "check" on the equipment but surprise, surprise, could not find anything. Same happen a year or so ago but at that time it was on the paint and I just went ahead and buffered it. But this one affected the glass!, how am I supposed to fix it? For the 2nd time an employee (At the Reading Road location in Rosenberg) has taken our credit card numbers a set up and account for themselves or someone else. This happened to my husband a few years ago and now it has has happened to me. I went through in my mom's car, paid $15 for a one time wash and apparently whoever helped me helped themselves to a package deal. I have been on hold for 30 minutes with BlueWave trying to get someone in customer service on the phone. I would keep a close eye on your bank statements. Have been going to this carwash since 23, and on May 5 my windshield was cracked and they claimed they reviewed the footage and it was determined it was not there fault! Now my windshield is cracked and they would not accept responsible. Do not purchase a plan they are crap and will ruin your car and do nothing! Tried to cancel plan and they still charged me! When I first signed up for the top membership in November 2021 it was great, the vacuums were powerful, and the air gun was my favorite especially after a beach trip, a weekend of softball/baseball, or a long car ride! Fast forward 4 month to March 2022 Mid month the air gun was not working (not big deal things break) 3 weeks later still not working I went inside and ask if they know when they will be fixed I was told they were there fixing it now! Beginning of March I also started noticing black splatter marks on the bottom on my Yukon when I would get home, did not think much figured I just be driving through something until my husband asked me about it one day and I told him what I thought it was from and he had a different thought. He thought it was from them watering down the shine to much! When I went in to ask about the air gun I asked the guy if they changed anything because ONLY since March was I getting black splatter marks on the bottom of my white Yukon by the time I got home! He stated it happens when vehicles have after market tire I did not get new tires since I started my membership in November 2021! With no answer or solution I downgraded my membership so my vehicle would not look dirty after driving it it 5 miles home from the Carwash! April 2022 the lines no matter what time of day 8:00 am, lunch time, 5:00 pm are ridiculous I am assuming do to the weather getting nicer! I forgot about the membership plan so I called the company and tried to go online to cancel the membership. Well, you cannot cancel the membership unless you are in person. For 6 months I was charged a monthly fee for a vehicle I no longer own as well as not using the service. When I went in to cancel I was met with a rude employee as well as the manager saying there was nothing he could do about previous charges with no services rendered. I usually like coming here, even though it's often too crowded. The visit I made Monday, however, was a horrible experience. The wait was long, the car wash seemed too short (like it had been sped up), and the front of my car and windshield didn't get clean. The worst was the section with the vacuums. One whole side was blocked off except for the last stall. I parked, cleaned out trash, and went to vacuum. Two or three workers were standing nearby, and not a one of them told me that one wasn't working either. I backed out and waited until a stall on the "working" side opened up. I vacuumed one side of my car, and when I went to the other side, that vacuum didn't work either. I tried to stretch the working one to the other side, but that didn't work well. What a rip off. I hope this gets fixed soon. It's not worth paying that much money if the detailing part doesn't wrk worth a darn. read more

A few months ago I went to go get my mom's car washed here. I clicked to pay for a one time car wash. The guy at the kiosk said I would get a good deal if i took the membership and that he would go inside and cancel it immediately. He literally clicked back to it and selected the membership for me. I love the Bluewave express. My favorite thing about coming here is that you vacuum your car for an unlimited amount of time for free (or at least included in the price of the car wash). All of the self car washes I've been to, you have to pay extra and the vacuum is on a timer. Super frustrating. The only thing that I would improve to this location, is the strength of the vacuum. You have to go over your carpet multiple times to get everything. This location has multiple vacuum bays, and if you go on Saturday it's pretty busy. But usually don't have to wait too long to get an open spot. The space is quite a tight fit for everything so getting in and out with other people trying to do the same thing. It can create a bit of an internal traffic jam. I also wish there was a better restroom option. I've tried most of the wash upgrades, and didn't really notice that much of a difference except for the tire shine. read more

I went to Blue Wave in Rosenberg, Tx, I have a v6 dodge charger. I wrote a claim about half my spoiler being torn and stuck into their curtains. even they admitted that my spoiler was caught in the curtain. They also refused my claim saying that the company made this decision that they won't be giving me anything for breaking half my spoiler. and I lost respect for these guys and won't be going there anymore. beware anyone going to any of there location. anything can be broken and they will make an excuse and wont be giving you any claim and close the claim down. Use other location if possible. they said my spoiler was an after market but I just colored it with wheel paint and had it for so long. Any other car wash I went to that did it automatically I had no issue but these guys can rip you off and wont give you anything if anything breaks. please take note of this! it upset me a lot. read more

For my first visit, I drove my vehicle into the wash tunnel, only to then be pulled by their machine too much, which pulled my vehicle right into the rear bumper of the brand new SUV. Scuffs were found on both vehicles. Staff collected our info per incident report, was told someone would reach out to us within 48hrs. No one has called at all. I took my SUV on Saturday to Houston location and it blew off my tailgate light panel, I only found this out as I got out of car when finished to check if clean and saw a wire hanging up top, I went to an employee there and he got someone to check inside sure enough the panel was inside broken parts shattered.
