I came in on a Thursday Morning before work for breast ultrasounds. Pros: I love that they were able to have an early morning appointment for me before work. Their location is also convenient to my home. The women at the front desk were friendly and checked me in no problem. There was barely any wait because my appointment was in the morning. The woman taking imaging was friendly. The whole place was clean! Cons: The ultrasound room had what appeared to be the workers personal office and her work computer set up. I thought that was a bit odd. The woman then went over my data and history and said that I was in to only get one breast ultrasound done. The order from my doctor was for two ultrasounds. Unsure where the miscommunication was here. I waited three business days (the woman said my doctor will call me in two days) and still didn't hear any results. I called my doctors office they said they never received anything. I called Bluewater Diagnostic Imaging and they sent the results over to a fax number that was different from what was on the order. Not sure what happened here either. read more

According to multiple physicians, the three tests that I had there were of poor quality. It resulted in delayed diagnosis and fear. I spent hundreds of dollars at this facility and six weeks worrying about the horrible reports that I received. I regret ever having imaging done at this facility! read more

The worst place for customer experience and billing. Also the communication is not there and getting in touch with someone is impossible. Multiple messages and text to no avail. Staff is not friendly and don't even bother asking any questions. They run you through the process like a herd of cows. I paid up front for CT scan and Mammogram despite me knowing my insurance would cover at 100% and now I am unable to reach anyone for my refund. I won't even begin to talk about how I had to obtain my own prior records (they had 2 weeks to obtain from White Wilson behind them) and they tried to cancel my mammogram15 minutes before I pulled into the parking lot. Find another place to go is my advice. read more

They will NOT answer the phone when you choose the option to make an appointment. they had an order for over two weeks and never called back schedule. I finally pressed the option for calling from a physician's office and they answered. I asked if they had my order and she came back and said, yes and scheduled my child. Then, I needed instructions for the test so I called back the day of. I called probably 30 times that day and no answer. When I got there, I mentioned calling for prep instructions and with no answer. they acted as if I was exaggerating and then, told me was supposed to have drink 24 oz of water one hour ahead of my scheduled test and no more liquids and no voiding until after. Thank God our drive was almost an hour and she was out of water. Trying to call again today because the report hasn't been sent to her doctor and again, no answer. I've dealt with another branch multiple times and there's no issue. this one is closer to me but I guess it's off the table to go here because they don't answer the phone. read more

Called today to schedule a Mammogram and Bone Density test, asked if they accept Medicare b/c they are on my provider list and was told by receptionist (with a sarcastic demeanor) they accept Medicare but DO NOT do either test there. Really?????? read more

Terrible! Unprofessional, rude. This was my second attempt to have a scan at this location. I arrived just a couple of minutes early due to already having completed my paperwork on my last visit. She said she didn't have them, not sure why but to just fill them out again. I did. I left after sitting in the waiting room, alone, for 45 minutes. I checked with the receptionist and was told there was only 1 technician and he was in the back working on X-rays. However there were zero patients in the building. She agreed and said she'd check with him. I told her not to bother, I have another appointment elsewhere that I needed to get to. I was here 3 weeks ago but there was a discrepancy on the referral my doctor had sent over. Instead of clarifying it before my appointment, they let me drive an hour here and then showed me the form & the mistake made. My doctor was not reachable to resend at that time so I had no choice but to leave. What a joke! Who is running this place? There are plenty of other Imaging and Diagnostic facilities. I would recommend to everybody to try one of them before coming here. I will be finding another. Super bummed, waste of 6 hrs after driving & waiting almost an hour each time . read more

Ease of getting appointment was good. Staff, on the other hand, are rude and snooty. Staff sitting around on their cell phones and gossiping with one another. Only went there because that's where my insurance covered but if I had a choice, I would go somewhere else. read more

Ok so Erin (sp?) told me she could mail my MRI to me so I called on Monday to verify. I asked if it was mailed and she said "I mailed the report" and I asked if she mailed the CD and she said "No, because you didn't ask for it." Well technically she is correct I didn't ask for the CD, but then again I didn't ask for the report either. I asked for my MRI. If this was not specific enough perhaps the imagining professional might ask a question of the novice. I guess you can only expect so much from a condescending insecure person with 0 customer service skills. read more

I was surprised to see all staff maskless at a medical facility . As a senior citizen with an autoimmune disease I will not return nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The patients in the waiting area had more sense than the staff. When I said I was uncomfortable And was leaving, the receptionist said the technician would wear a mask at my request. When she appeared without one she said it was in the room. I held back until she put it on. Again I will not be back read more

Staff was excellent and they were able to get me in right away. However, the radiologist is known to always require extra screening and imaging. I've had multiple doctors tell me to go elsewhere because they don't like working with him. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I went with my husband for our 20 week anatomical ultrasound, for our second baby. The technician doing the ultrasound seemed disinterested in what was going on, and not very personable. I understand that as an ultrasound technician, you do it everyday, multiple times a day, and that it isn't a big deal to you. However it is to customers, and it would have been nice to have been treated so. UPDATE: as it turns out, they misdiagnosed my ultrasound, diagnosed me with Oligohydramnios (Low amniotic fluid), and didn't notify my doctor, until she got the report over a week later. My doctor had to do an additional ultrasound to check the health of my baby, which was terrifying. Not happy, and I recommend going elsewhere if possible. read more

Nothing but positive things to say about Bluewater Diagnostic Imaging! Their receptionists are friendly and competent. They got us in same day for an x-ray appointment when we called. The staff is lovely and warm and caring. The man who did my young son's x-ray was so patient with him and explained everything that was happening, and even let him look at the final results -- which is very cool for a 5-year-old! i had to have an emergency ultrasound - thanks, gall bladder - while on honeymoon, and the urgent care doctor i'd seen suggested that i come here. the reception staff was very kind but also quite efficient and professional. the reception area was comfortable and warm, but i did not wait for very long at all - maybe ten to fifteen minutes - to be seen by a technician. the test itself was performed quickly - about fifteen minutes - but the tech was very kind and explained every step in the process. given that i was in an emergency situation, the results were delivered to my doctor before i'd even arrived back at the hotel. overall, not a bad experience in any way, and i would recommend this office highly. read more

MRI reading totally missed a tumor. A chiropractor noticed the mass and had Bluewater Diagnostic Imaging add an addendum to the report. It would have been ignored if the chiropractor hadn't noticed it. read more

I went there this morning, 21 Sep 15, for an X-ray. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to see me within 10 minutes. I am very impressed with their staff...they are very efficient and professional in every way. I like to keep my business in the Niceville area and I can find most all the medical attention I need in Niceville. read more

I had a ultrasound and x-ray here and I was very happy with both techs that I had. They were both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Front desk was amazing so professional and personable. I was taken back on time and the results were given to my doctor very quickly. I would highly recommend going to this facility to anyone. read more

I went here for a CT scan to confirm a herniated disc in my neck. After my neurosurgeon reviewed the images, he told me they were utterly useless due to the poor quality of equipment used at this facility. They charged me $294.00 up front for the scan, when I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance, it showed I should only have been charged a $25.00 co-insurance. I spoke with the receptionists regarding these issues and was rudely told that there was nothing they could do about it. I later received much better scans from another facility (who charged less) that my neurosurgeon was able to use. Do NOT recommend this facility. read more
