She was friendly, talkative, and had my back, literally. This is the first massage I have had where they actually massage the whole body. From my scalp to cracking my toes, Gina did her job! I came in with very intense back pain and Gina was able to help me. I felt like a million bucks the next day. She also added hot stones with my massage. If you want a great massage, you have to come here. It was better than Massage Envy or other chains, and I have been to so many of the chains. Gina has got you covered! The bed wasn't heated, but the room was warm enough that I wasn't uncomfortable. I absolutely loved that they wiped me down with a hot wet towel at the end! It felt so good. As a woman, I worry a bit about a massage parlor being a euphemism for something racy, but they make it quite clear that this isn't one of those places, so I felt comfortable going there. After the massage was done, it was time for us to leave (they had me pay when i walked in) as we were about to leave she kind of yelled saying "TIP" so i walk over and put my tip down. it was a $220 for both massages and i gave them a $15 dollar tip, and i did calculate it wrong and put the total for $255 in stead of $250 and she said "uhm $20 and I told her no, I gave you guys $15 total and that wasn't good enough and she looked away and rudely said "Ok, bye!" I just looked at my account and instead of taking out the $15 for the tip she took out $20!

After the massage, I felt relief in the sore areas of my muscles, and I was so sore for the next day or two. This was definitely a very deep tissue massage! Also, this is not a relaxing spot. I expected, I would love to return, especially when I'm looking for a lot of pressure to work out knots in my muscles.

I had been seeing the Russian manicure trending on social media and found Vibrant on Google. When I…read morefirst called, I was told that only one person does Russian manicures at Vibrant and that she was booked out until June, so I didn't make an appt. Vibrant called me back and said they actually did have a second person who did the Russian manicure and she could see me the very next day, so I booked with Elle. Unfortunately when I came to check in, they couldn't find my appt and said that I had been placed in an "overtime" slot and that it would be a short wait. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time. The Russian manicure itself was lovely, such great attention to the cuticles! Elle did a lovely job gently cleaning up my cuticles. The Russian manicure is then done with structured gel, something I haven't tried before. Elle explained that it was very popular and promised it would last weeks, longer than dip or shellac. The manicure took about an hour, and Elle seemed to take her time and pay attention to details. The total before tip was $95. Unfortunately, the structured gel started chipping and breaking less than 2 days later. Several of my (real) nails broke, so my nail lengths were uneven. I called back and explained that the manicure was chipping terribly and asked for a re-do. Elle was able to get me in 2 days later (5 days after the first appointment). Again, I had to wait about 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Elle apologized and redid the manicure free of charge. She added a clear coat underneath to provide strength and help the manicure last. Unfortunately, my nails now feel lumpy and are very thick. I really wanted to like this Russian manicure but unfortunately it did not work for me. I won't be back to Vibrant. Atmosphere was lovely; clean and several small boutiques are situated within the salon/spa. The customer service is also great, and Elle was very polite and helpful for both appointments. 5 stars based on atmosphere and staff, but the manicure itself is really not good. For this reason I gave Vibrant 3 stars. If you're looking for a quality, neat and detailed manicure that will last 3+ weeks, get a dip manicure with Lani at American Nails and Spa. You won't get the same cuticle treatment, but her nails last, and she is much more affordable.

Having my nails done is also therapeutic for me; the time I am in the chair is valuable. Emma provided my hands with lovely treatment! My fingers and cuticles were so clean and smooth. Not only did Emma give me the attention I was paying for, she did such an amazing job on my nails. I have natural nails and get structure gel with polish. She took the time to shape and apply the structure gel so my nails are still petite and pretty. Emma was so creative and helped me choose beautiful colors after listening to what I was trying to achieve. I finally am getting the manicure experience I originally had when visiting Vibrant Nails Salon. I loved and looked forward to my appointments and I have to give praise to Emma for taking care of my negative experience and becoming my new nail girl!! I am very happy with Vibrant Nails. I can't stop staring at my nails.
