I've always believed in muscle medicine through massage and always appreciate the relief I feel after a deep tissue massage. The first time I got a massage here I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff here. They immediately have you sit down near the door to take your shoes off and put indoor slippers on and they walk you to the massage room. I remember the massage being exactly what I needed at the time. More recently, I booked my boyfriend and I a couples massage for our anniversary, something we've both needed for awhile. We've both been stressed and tense lately and I thought this would be the perfect way to celebrate. They welcomed us as we got in for our appointment and got us settled into our room. Each masseuse could find easily where are muscles needed the most attention. I appreciate that they also stretched my arms to further aid in the relief of my upper back. Our massages were much needed and helpful for both of us. I look forward to heading back here for another massage soon to work through my tight muscles. This location is perfect for where we live. Not too far, ample parking and near Ital Vital as well!! If you're looking for a great massage at a reasonable price I would highly recommend making an appointment here.

My experience was awful, LADYS PLEASE READ ALL OF IT. if I could give zero stars I would, I entered…read morein the spa to just get stared at by the front desk workers then one worker says "hello, how long". This is my 1st ever massage so I was expecting there to be deals or specials told to me instead I was just stared at and told "how long" I responded with a confused look on my face saying " ummm I guess 30min" the worker then replies to me saying " how much tip" she says it twice with everyone behind the desk staring at me. so uncomfortably I said "$10" but I don't understand why am being asked for a tip if I haven't even had my service yet because I most DEFINITELY would have tipped $0. I had a strong feeling to leave at this point and not pay at all I wish I would have listened to my instinct. I was then walked into my spa room which again THIS IS MY 1ST TIME I made this very clear when I entered the spa but when I was walked to my spa room I was told nothing but a gesture hand pat on the spa bed. I was then left standing in the corner of the spa room wondering if I take off just my shirt or do I take everything off but leave the under garments on or do I take nothing off and just lay face down?. These are things that should be told to a client especially if they state they are new to this. I had my massage person peeking through the curtains to see if I was done I then opened the curtains to ask what am I supposed to be doing she then say" take off, lay down" and leaves I understand there is a language barrier but I was still left so confused at this point I am taking my shirt and bra off wondering if this is what she even meant? The massage person then walks in as I'm literally taking off my bra and she can see I am taking off my bra but yet she continues to walk in the room and I literally flashed the massage person a couple times while feeling so uncomfortable. The massage person says nothing and just lays a towel on my back the whole time so I'm not sure if I was supposed to even take off my bra. But we get to the massage it was extremely to rough for me I asked multiple times to be more softer please but it only stoped for 3 min and it would be extremely rough again. LADYS if u have Nexplanon birth control in ur arm DONT NOT COME HERE the massage person was extremely rough on my arm massage I kept asking to go soft on my arm as my birth control is there. But again not sure if this is a language barrier but it still continued to be so rough to the point where I just potentially asked for her to stop massaging that arm and move to the next please. The whole massage I could not relax at all I wanted it to be done already. but at the end I left and went to my car to check my birth control in my arm and it was sore and swollen around my birth control and that has never happened in 3 years of having it. I now have to make a doctors appointment to get my birth control checked as I am afraid it may be damaged now. This is my experience at this Spa 0/10 would never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

I didn't find it particularly off-putting but a few questions had me pause because the delivery was overly direct (why have I tried multiple massage locations, etc). I can roll with that style but can connect the dots with a few other reviews around customer service. Difference in style is my guess, but it would not be enough to deter me from coming back - the massage was excellent which is what I am ultimately coming for. Worth the Groupon gamble

Jesse is one of the owners and was very rude to me when I got there and found I had a male massage therapist. I would never have agreed to that. She said my text noted that, but it did not. The receptionist was just as rude telling me she told me on the call I was going to have a male massage therapist. This also is untrue. Rather than trying to make it right, they kept trying to put the blame on me. I was told I was rude and disrespectful as I wanted a refund and was told they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. I work with customers all day long and would never have imagined this type of treatment went on. Beware of this place. Even with a Groupon, not worth it. Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option. Also, Steve, another owner, came up and tried to make it right and cancelled the police call. He was great, but he can't make up for everyone else and their unprofessionalism, immaturity, and complete lack of any business sense.

Which I can appreciate. Sometimes you need relaxing and sometimes you need the kinks worked out effectively. The head and face part of the massage was different than what I'd experienced before and it was heaven!! As well as the best foot massage I've ever had!!!I would most likely not return for massage as I have a regular massage person I see twice a month that I'm very happy with, if I didn't, I would return for such. However, I will return for the cupping. The cupping is done with suction not heat and I really felt he knew exactly what he was doing. He completely tuned into the injury in my upper left shoulder even though I never told him about it. He found it. After the cupping, I had some pain relief for quite a while and will return soon for that again! Reasonable priced at $30 for $30 min. You have to pay for everything in advance and use cash. There is $2 charge for credit or debit. There is a huge language barrier with the massage therapist and, who I am assuming is his wife. they speak very little english. Bonus: not chatting during services!!!! Yay. However, you can text to make appointment, they understand that, and if he needs to relay something to you he may not totally understand in English they use a translation app. None of this btohers me whatsoever. I found them very sweet and most importantly, knowledgable in healing the body through massage and cupping. Just don't expect a posh spa atmosphere.

The check-in process was smooth and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, the massage itself felt a bit routine and not as personalized as I was hoping for. It wasn't bad by any means, just not quite what I expected in terms of pressure and attention to specific problem areas. It's a decent option if you're looking for something convenient, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to tailoring the experience.
