Once I did decide to, they dispatched the driver within 2 hours, and I met him at my vehicle. Cole was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind and had a great attitude--considering it was snowy, wet, and 40 degrees out. He didn't complain once, and even tried to make me feel better about the situation I got myself in. He worked quickly and assessed the situation. Once he decided what to do, he explained it to me and asked if I wanted to hang out in his rig and watch. He ended up pulling my vehicle out without causing any damage, and then followed me down the hill to make sure I was able to get out. I was really impressed by him and I really loved his attitude. I would highly recommend their service. The fee was extremely reasonable given how difficult and miserable the conditions were. The place I wanted towed to was less than a mile away and I was ready to pay full price for a tow. Business is business, I get it. But Eddie suggested that he swap my tire out seeing as how he had the tools on hand for it. Which he then did. So he saved me from having to skip a day of work, and I didn't have to pay for a tow. He could have towed my pickup and made more money, but because of his honesty, I saved some money and didn't have to miss work. Good guy, I would recommend to anyone.
