The work was poorly executed (downspouts misplaced, nails left everywhere), and customer service was abysmal. They also took 30ft of intact drainage tubing and threw it away without asking. Despite their contract offering $100/day for delays, they refused to honor it. I spoke with their customer service and Luke, who was my point of contact, but never received any responses regarding the $100/day delayed. They did fix the direction of the downspouts, but never responded to me when I repeatedly inquired about whether they would fulfill their side of the contract regarding $100 per day they were late.
