I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. I told him I needed their consultation service ASAP, 'coz I'm afraid my pool will turn green if there is no water circulation. He told me that he would call me back in 30 minutes, and in less than 30 minutes, he called me right back and informed me that his son Daniel Jr. would be in my place within 15 minutes. After I hung up the phone, his son Daniel was already knocking on my door. Daniel Jr. is polite and respectful, checked my pool pump and timer, and he told me that my pool pump had already given up and needed a replacement. He gave me a quote for a replacement, and his price is within the price range (I already checked how much it will cost to replace it). Daniel Jr. told me that he would come the following day around 7 a.m., and the next day, he was already at my place before 7 am. He got the job done in less than two hours; he cleaned his work area and helped me set up the new pool pump. Overall, my experience with this company is top-notch, with 100% customer service in mind.
