Once I found Jose it was smooth sailing - he came over, we discussed exactly what I wanted (repairs to iron gate, fabricating a second gate from scratch, and fixing a back crawl space entry), he gave me what I believe was a very reasonable quote given the extent of expected work/time involved and then delivered exactly to that gameplan. The work was done well, timely, and great communication over the phone and text, in English or Spanish. It did take a little over 1 week to slot me into his schedule, but well worth the wait.
