I was greeted at the door, led to a chair, and spoiled, while Paul measured my feet, checked the stock for different sizes and styles, assisted me with trying on different shoes and kept track of my purchases while I browsed the store for more. Paul was so kind & professional. He listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions about where & why I'd be wearing my new shoes, and found me two sets of shoes made from high-quality leather that are made to last. This was my first visit to SAS shoes, but it certainly won't be my last. Like Paul says, "cheap things usually aren't made to last and things made to last usually aren't cheap!"

Plus free street parking! The store lets you try on the clothes because they will sanitize everything completely so you can feel safe. (This was awesome because I miss trying on clothes so much) Don't expect to see something you like and go back later for it because the clothes fly off of the shelf and you'll regret missing out. I still use the ones from five years ago, but now I wanted ones that have a zipper on the side to make it easier to put on and off. I found the perfect pair. They're really actually very pretty too. They have the cool memory foam. Very comfortable on your feet. I also found a pair of slip-in sneakers. These are the kind that you can just slip right into without any laces or Velcro. What great innovation! This is my second pair of sketchers that are of this type. I have plantar fasciitis and I put in some inserts into the shoe for it added support and comfort. Excellent customer service! The woman helping went out of her way to make sure that I found shoes that work for me. She helped me try on many shoes until I found the right one. What great value! A new pair of sneakers and a new pair of boots for $120 range. Thank you you sketchers.

If you are a petite person, you know how difficult it can be to find clothes that are both age-appropriate and well-fitting. WHBM has fulfilled this for me. The store has an interesting selection of clothes that is decidedly feminine and adheres to a somewhat limited color palette. Maybe the most interesting thing is how polarizing the clothes were for me--generally I either hated something or really liked it. They definitely utilize vanity sizing, so know the clothes run small and you will probably end up buying smaller sizes than you typically do. The service was very attentive and thorough. The price point of this store is definitely higher than I typically pay, so I was especially glad for the good service. The girl who helped me not only set aside everything I wanted to try on, but picked out some other items based on the styles and sizes I had selected. Sure, probably a technique to sell more, but I liked that personalized touch. She checked in with me periodically while I tried stuff on and brought additional items as needed. I left satisfied with my purchases and fully plan to return to this store. I won't be shopping there frequently, but probably when I need to get more work clothes. Seriously, thank goodness for stores like this. I have had too many experiences trying on women's clothes that make me look like a kid playing dress up or juniors clothes that make me look ridiculous/like someone who should not be employed.
