I'll start by saying that I had a unbelievably amazing experience at this dealership. I've had my new truck for a week now and it's been nothing but pleasant. On the Saturday of my purchase I had been to 5 different dealerships and received the same pushy greedy behavior that you'd expect in a car salesman. Very unwanted and while at another dealership in San Marcus waiting for a truck that they were advertising (it wasn't even there) I was looking at a 2020 F-150 from this dealership in New Braunfels. I called the location and got connected to the BEST salesman I could have asked for, Doug. Doug was very professional, personable, friendly, and just flat out helpful. When connected to him he was able to locate the vehicle to make sure it was there to look at unlike the other location I had just been to. When my dad and I arrived Doig had brought the vehicle to the front so it was easy to get to. Once I went for the test drive and looked over the vehicle I was very happy and ready to purchase. I was anxious because I had never purchased a vehicle before and had not had any good experiences up to this point. Doug made it very simple and easy to understand what I was needing to do, he helped me with my trade in and got it as close to my desired trade in amount as possible which other locations wouldn't bother to do. The finance guy Mr. Ramirez was also very helpful, he made everything simple and pointed out and explained everything I was signing. From the moment I sent the inquiry online looking for a tow rig, to the customer service assistant that connected me to Doug Baswell, to the Sales Manager Taylor, financing, the whole thing was a GREAT experience! I was looking for a very specific piece: White Dodge 3500, crew cab, 4x4, 2012 or older (*pre DEF fluid) HO Cummins, Automatic, low mileage (@100k or less), 40/20/40 front seat, and then must pass my visual inspection. and it did, almost, more below ;) DOUG NAILED IT! He looked and looked, found me the exact truck at another lot. I came down, and knew I liked the truck. while walking around it, noticed some condensation in both headlights. fast forward a few weeks after they had cleaned it up, and I took delivery, I noticed during rain and car washes, the condensation continued relatively regularly. Long story short, one phone call to Taylor, a few days later drive down, and met Coby, service manager. Coby was AWESOME! I came in, was introduced to him, he walked out looked at it, and asked me to schedule another day, he wasn't expecting me. When I explained how I had scheduled this day, he handled it like a pro, and made me feel great about my decision to do business there. Service after the sale is paramount! I prepared for a few hour wait, settled into the customer wait area and working on my laptop. No sooner than I finished a few emails, Coby returned keys in hand, big smile, and says "It is all ready to go Mr. Adams!" ... I was blown away. This is by far the worst place to purchase a vehicle. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Not one part of the experience was a good one. Was given the run around time and time again on when the car would be ready. If it wasn't one thing it was another. Finally was told it was being "detailed". Attached are the results of that "detail". It included filthy wheels and sticky cup holders. I wish I could give it zero stars but that's not an option. Stay away from here at all costs. read more

Avoid this dealership! They turn and burn cars and trucks for a quick flip - buyer beware (words I should have followed, but was convinced they should be a reputable "certified" used dealership. Couldn't be farther from the truth. After buying my truck I immediately had to put $1500 into it just to make it safe to drive. When I complained to my salesman - I was ignored and he just said oh well - it's as is! Also was told I would be notified when the plates came in and I waited til almost the day the temp tags expired I called to see what the delay was and they said oh yeah they're here- come get them anytime! Apparently they don't notify you when they say they are going to. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership (or affiliates) and I will spread the word that it's poor customer service. read more

I have NOTHING but good things to say about Mr. Jerome. Making an appointment with him was super easy and when we showed up early the vehicle was already out front with keys in the door ready for us to view. He made the process of test driving all the way to talking numbers very easy and fluid. Unfortunately, with the type of vehicle financing was difficult and it fell through. Without us knowing he went to work after we left and was able to drop $600 off the overall price which in turn lowered the down payment they were asking for. Drove from Austin to look at a used Jetta GLI - the salesman Gil held it and let me test drive it, and we made a decent deal. But then we go to finance - I was pre-approved for financing, but Frank the finance manager said he had done better, so in short that sounded great and I was happy. But today I get a call that I actually WASN'T approved - they just gambled since the bank was closed, and their bank turned it down. So I had to drive back over an hour to sign NEW documents with the higher rate, and initially was told all the terms were going up - payment, rate, everything - what BS for them NOT TELLING me upfront that the deal was not fully approved. NO INTEGRITY or HONESTY - just the desire to get the deal done fast. After I told them I would just bring the car back and start over, they magically found a way to start cutting fees and pricing to keep my terms the same. I will only say it's good they figured that out before I got there, or they would have had the keys back in principle. So what could have been a 5 star rating, was turned into a 1 star based on lack of integrity and being misleading. Needless to say I will never return to ANY of the BLUEBONNET motor group companies - which is a huge group in San Antonio. read more

See Doug! I bought a Mitsubishi Raider from here it was decent mileage had about 75k on it. The vehicle was an AS IS unit so I knew what I was buying was a little aged. The truck has run amazing yea it has little issues from time to time but it remains a reliable vehicle. Other reviews mad at this place simply because they're vehicle had issues afterward are just looking for someone to blame. These are used vehicles you should do your homework before buying and know some brands/makes/modes have problem issues. The dealership didn't engineer the car don't blame them when normal issues arise. However I do understand when people complain about customer service and the detail side of it has suffered from lazy detailing. Don't give the dealership as a whole a giant X because of one bad experience. See Doug he will take care of you and treat you like family. read more

Nope. Just nope. I purchased a Camaro SS from these guys 4 years ago and it started having problems after a couple months. Gave them a second chance and purchased a eco boost from them about 2 years and I had to put money into it right out the gate. Was going to give them one last shot but they wouldn't give me a good price at all. I can say I gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt and got hosed three times. PLEASE THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I would like to start this off with if I could leave negative stars I would leave a -5 star review. From start to finish this was a process. I've bought many trucks being 34 years old and this was probably the most difficult. With all that being said I have not made my second payment on $50,000 F250 I bought with only 42,000 miles, one owner, and a clean carfax.... Now with all that being said and knowing that I have not even made my second payment on it and problems started 2 weeks after owning it , I have had a $1300 Nox sensor go out and replaced, $1000 radiator part cost that is leaking, and a $2,000 repair to the sun roof that needs repair and stuck open at this point. So I took my truck into a FORD dealer to have them look at my sunroof. At that point they made me aware of the fact that there is severe hail damage on the roof and it looked like the window on the sunroof has been repaired due to breaking. Not only the sunroof, they then showed me the whole truck has be repaired from major hail damage. They also added that it looks like the damage to the sunroof now is due to faulty repair at the time the glass was replaced. All of this due to the major hail damage which is not in the Carfax. I returned to the dealership for them to take an hour of my day and send me on my way letting me know there's nothing they can do about the situation. I would like to remind everybody that this was a clean Carfax, one owner vehicle. Where I move on from here it's completely unknown If I will spend thousands more of my dollars to WIN or LOSE my battle with these people in court. I bought a 1994 Ford F150. Very nice looking truck. Was told everything was great on truck. I know I bought it as is but I want to warn everyone about this dealership. At night I could not see the rusted out front bumber under. I could not see the undercarriage was rusted. So far I have had to replace 2 pulleys and the big servitude belt. Have the auto body throttle cleaned, tranny has to be drain and clean out. I tried calling salesman back after I bought it never called back. Oh yes the driver side will not unlock. So far I have had to put over a 1000.00 and I driven out 45 miles. Radiator was filthy and 89.00 to have that cleaned. read more

Worse place ever. We purchased mini cooper on 2/16 and financed with service warranty and after 2nd week we started having trouble with the car it was stalling and felt like it was idling too low. I called to speak with the salesman to see if he could help and we were told it was too long after purchase date and there was nothing they could do to help us. After 2 weeks can you believe that!! Well here we are 7/16 and we are just about to invest another $1800 on the car because aftermarket warranty they sold us does not cover a thing. How could it be that a part that controls all essential power to vehicle, FRM modulator, and it covers nothing. Save your money don't buy warranty and do not trust CARFAX report they show you and beware of the finance department they have a way of making you think if you don't include warranty you may not be approved. Oh, best of all when I called finance mngr to get GM's email he hung up on me, when I called him back he said he did not have to provide it and hung up again. What a prize he was. read more

All i have to say is steer clear of this dealership,, drove two hours to get here just to look a frame damaged vehicle. If it wasn't for the fact that I've worked on cars for 17 yrs, i wouldn't have noticed the damage,,, from outside it is hard to tell but when you open the hood you can see its been in a frontal collision. When the salesman went to speak with the manager about it he just said he already knew about it.. Really!! You knew but were still going to sell it like that with self tapping screws holding the front end together! I couldn't believe it... buyer beware read more
