Their prices are over-inflated and they just give you the bare-bones necessities after repairing and say "good luck." -----PRICE----- Let's talk about price, as it's expected to be fairly costly to get someone to even diagnose whats wrong with something. I stepped into P.C. knowing little to nothing about Computer upkeep and walked out feeling educated. -----LOCATION----- I initially had some trouble finding the place as I was unfamiliar with the area, but getting there really is no trouble at all, this is just here if you get lost frequently such as me. P.C. is located inside another building harboring a slew of other small businesses (I forgot the name of the building itself, it's a large brick corner building with the word "square" in it). The list of businesses in it are on the side and on the wall when you go in. P.C. is in room 9 on the basement floor. And yes, an elevator is readily available. If you have any issue with a computer you can't solve yourself, there's no "if's" "and's" or "but's" about it, YOU GO HERE! There's no beating around the bush, no predatory business practices, and no suprise charges. My biggest regret is not knowing of this place sooner, as soon as he set down your pc and unscrews the shell you can tell you're in good hands. This service is the definition of integrity, I don't think I'll ever go to another place for computer help, and neither should you.
