Bluebird Production's ability to create a fun and stress-free planning environment leading up to, day off, and follow through after an event is without a doubt, impressive beyond words. I worked with both Virginia and Chelsea throughout the entire process of my wedding. Their knowledge and expertise is quite extensive and created an atmosphere of tranquility throughout the most "nail-biting" areas of planning a wedding. Not only are the leading ladies fun and enjoyable to work with, the ideas that they propose and offer were always something that I extremely valued and headed. Their innovative ideas and creative ways never ceased to impress me and inspire me throughout my wedding planning. When it came to the small details that really pull a wedding together, these ladies were able to do it all! I had to do very little shopping around, from the flowers to the paper goods to the cake, the first place we visited in each category I wholeheartedly agreed with. Not only were the prices right with each company that we worked with, but they were enjoyable and original when it came to putting together the entire theme of the wedding. The day of my wedding, I couldn't have ever dreamed of the day being any better. I can thankfully say that there was not a single napkin, flower, seat cushion, or music chord struck wrong throughout the entire ceremony and reception. Every detail was pristine and crisp. The staff were also incredible, they were respectful and able to cater to every need any guest required. I was beaming when I had not one, not two, but multitudes of different couples, friends, and family come up to my new husband and I and tell us that our wedding was, "Hands down, the best wedding they have ever attended!" Guests agreed that the whole experience was breathtaking and an honor to be a part of. Virginia and Chelsea were able to keep the wedding flowing flawlessly. From cake cutting to the bridal toss, a smile never left my face! I'm proud to say that I'm a Bluebird Productions Bride and that I can with a clear and happy conscience say that there is not a single thing that I would have fixed or wished I had done differently through the whole planning process and day of my wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Virginia and Kate for our wedding this fall. We had the picture perfect wedding and a large part of the credit goes to the work of the Bluebird team. They organized every detail from photography, to reception setup, to moving our guest to the next activity with perfection. I did not expect everything would flow as smoothly as it did. They truly exceeded our expectations. We have the most amazing photos from the Snowmass Balloon Festival thanks to Bluebird. Kate knew that we really wanted to see the night glow which happened during our reception. She went out of her way to ensure that we were able to take advantage of this event. I later asked out guest if they noticed we were missing for 20 minutes though dinner and no one even noticed we were gone. Kate was able to pull us from dinner in a way that was not distracting and not noticed by our guest. We were still able to do the toast and cut the cake right on schedule. It was simply amazing.
