What an amazing trip…read more I came with my wife and son. We enjoyed the friendly hospitality and customer service from the staff. We enjoyed our cabin and the beautiful scenery surrounding. There is no Internet connection at this location. And to get to it, it's about a 20 minute drive on a curvy road. The road is pretty epic, though! We enjoyed the sauna, Jacuzzi, plunge bath, and lake with paddle boards and a canoe. Would love to come again in the future, especially around fall time with the changing colors of the leaves. This was an easy five star experience! Thank you for everything! I plan to make my epic video of our trip within the next few months. In the mean time, enjoy some epic family photos on our trip.

We attended a summer wedding at Beyul Retreat, and it was truly lovely. We had one of the small…read morecabins, and it had everything we needed! But the real charm is the property outside the cabins. The wedding took place in a small aspen grove on the property and was just gorgeous. The lodge had a small shop with food and drinks and another with clothes and jewelry. (The lodge is the only area of the property that has wifi or cell service, which didn't bother us a bit - nice way to unplug - but FYI.) Everyone at the property was really friendly, and the food was really good. There are some hikes you can do without leaving the property, but there are many areas for hiking, fishing, and watersports if you leave the property (and the staff can/will direct you)! Full disclosure - I am not a super outdoorsy person. I'm pretty much a 100% city girl. I was probably one of the last outdoorsy people at the wedding (most guests were from Colorado), and I still thought this venue was spectacular for our friend's wedding. It's a little remote - but that was part of the incredible charm. We had a wonderful weekend here.

They have a convenient outdoor grill where we made all of our meals and they have plenty of cooking resources to help guests feel like they have an equipped kitchen for their food preparation. The blankets and linens on the bed were incredibly comfortable and provided us with excellent rest. The experience strikes the right balance between camping and enjoying the ranch lifestyle. The public part of their barn is open 24/7 with WiFi and they have a cute store inside selling a variety of provisions as well as clothing and fun gift items like tiny felt alpacas. You can buy fresh beef and pork grown by their neighbors' farms directly from them which is a cool unique perk of staying at the ranch. We enjoyed getting to interact with all the different animals they have on the ranch consisting of alpacas, goats, cows, bulls, horses, and dogs. The most incredible experience we had was doing the horse heart event with Merrill. She guided us through interacting with the horses in an emotional and intimate way that was unforgettable. We then learned how to groom and take care of the horses then got to ride the same horses we bonded with the following morning for a breathtaking morning horse ride. Last but not least, you can't beat the view of the stars at night, it's as clearest a sky out there as you could ever hope for. We are so grateful to have found this place and can't wait to come back!!

While I was there I saw a horse pen with 6 horses in it, with only one small shelter from the snow and cold, yet, none of the horses had winter coat's on. They were standing in muddy ice and also there was a little white goat in the same pen. It seemed odd and dangerous to all of us. There was a lot of trash and junk around the entire horse barn, there was also two little ponies standing on ice with only a small tarp above them for shelter. this place does not look like the pictures I saw on the their website and the animals look destressed

I purchased a photo shoot through a school charity auction and paid an additional $2,000 to Leshem Loft LLC for a "scene shoot" upgrade. After a full day of shooting and detailed preparation, I was shocked to be told I would receive nothing -- unless I paid thousands more for a single image. When I asked what was included in the donation and upgrade, I was told, "You get nothing because you upgraded." The photographer also referred to the session as "a waste of her time." Though she initially offered to refund the $2,000, she later reneged on that promise -- forcing me to dispute the charge through my credit card company. The experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and disappointing -- especially since it originated from a charitable event. I've participated in many auctions and worked with excellent photographers; I've never encountered pricing practices like this or felt so poorly treated. What I thought would be an elegant and meaningful experience turned out to be deeply frustrating -- and left me with absolutely nothing to show for it and deeply disappointed. For this reason, I felt compelled to write this review.
