All in all, they probably can get away with mediocre customer service because they are the only bowling alley in town.

Waiting in line (in order) and being ignored when it is your turn or watching the staff take others in front of those waiting, ringing them up or taking food orders - never a good thing. My straw was being 2 people back in line and watching a large group walk up and get bumped in line ahead of those of us waiting all while one staff person worked the counter and 2 others were back behind them having a personal discussion. When asked about making those in line wait while others are helped I was told that it was ok, they were in all of the time. It's not ok, not at all and it's not just me that feels that way - my wallet agrees.
