He stopped by an hour later assessed and the issues with my garage door within a few minutes. My technician, Scott I found to be an amazing gentleman with gentle charm and quick wit. To me to have a person such as Scott in your orbit, let alone your employ, I would say you are blessed. Steve advised me he would come back the following day and complete the work. The price was well below the competitor that I had had out earlier. Scott showed up the following morning, bright and early, and completed the work in less than 3 hours. I give this five-star review not only for Scott, when I first called Melissa was very sweet on the phone and was extremely helpful. So my advice is, as long as they have these two employees, it's five star all the way. No one knows what the future holds but, I am a very happy and satisfied customer and my door is working beautifully.

They could have changed it the first time to stainless steel and told me the difference in the costs. Again what nonsense. Charged me $600 to change to stainless steel so the cable's would not rust. I felt that because I was a female they took advantage. Stainless Steel Cables cost at max $35.
