We had contacted…read moreseveral companies to come out, remove the bees and repair the roof but none were willing to do the job. We contacted Meyer's General Construction & Home Repair to look at the problem and give us a quote if they could do the job. Dallen came out, said he could do the job, gave us a very honest and reasonable quote, and ended up removing a 70 lb. hive that had been built (by the bees) in the dead space between the roof and the flashing. The only way to remove it was to disassemble the roofing tiles, cut out and remove the plywood area where the hive was located, and then rebuild the roof. Dallen did a wonderful job and we were so thankful for his service!

He had to deal with working on a slope for half the project and dealing with a lot of rocks and gravel. He also sprayed the slope for weeds. He arrived early (big thumbs up) and I told him my budget (not much) and what I needed done. Well, my backyard now has several new plants and drip lines and everything looks great. I told Ryan that when I get some more money saved up I'll be contacting him again for more work. I have a long list of things that need getting done. One of the things I liked about Ryan is that if he doesn't know about something he can draw upon his friends who work in various fields, like today he got advice on which emitters to use for the particular plants I had put in and he managed to get me a deal on some of the supplies. As they say, the best advertising is word of mouth, and I recommend that if you need a handyman you give Ryan a call first. (Even around the holidays!)

Pictured is an additional shelf he added to the laundry area. You can't really tell the difference between the shelf the builders put in and the one Mark did. Looks identical. I have used many handyman services in this area and Phil is, by far, the best I've seen! Every day I'm impressed with the quality and beauty of the materials used in our home. The whole build process was a dream. It was fun and exciting working with their team to choose the right colors and materials for our dream home. Being a first-time builder, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but they helped us every step of the way and their team was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I truly felt like I wasn't just another customer, but an important member of the whole build process. What I loved most about building with Dennis Miller homes was their HONESTY. They didn't try to hide any prices and were very honest in all their bids etc. Another thing I loved was that they were very sensitive to my time constraint. I was due to have a baby at the end of 2017, and they worked their hardest to get my family and I in our home before the baby came. I highly recommend Dennis Miller Homes!
