Kyle said he would swing by in the afternooon that day and he showed up after an obvious tough days work.. He looked at the tree, gave me a price and said he would cut it immediately. He came out same day, gave me an estimate to clean up my overgrown yard. He gave ideas for landscaping and scheduled a day to come clean it up within the week. He was very reasonably priced and was careful to keep the cost down since I am just fixing up to sell. He came out on a day that I wasn't even home and did everything exactly like we had discussed. The house looks so good I almost don't want to sell it! He also called immediately after I got home to be sure I was happy with the work. Will continue to use him for maintenance. The tree rings needed to be reestablished.Zoe & his right hand worker came. I explained somethings and they got to work. To say that the BLACK mulch was so black it was amazing.( I used to get the junk in the bags from one of the 2 box stores.) It Pops in my beds against all my green & Flowering plants. My neighbor hired them to cut their trees bordering our property. One tree they cut took out half…read moreof my mature avocado tree and damaged my fence. I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.
