His honest advice and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence, and we truly felt that he always had our best interests in mind. We were also in the process of moving to a different city, which could have made the home sale much more complicated. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and enabled us to complete the closing virtually without any issues. He was always responsive, proactive, and available whenever we needed guidance. Most importantly, he was someone we could fully trust throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy realtor. We're very grateful for all his help!

We completed the whole buying process from across the country and Justin handled everything on this side without a problem. We love our new home. Thanks Justin!

Ryan helped me find and buy an amazing house, sight unseen, from across the country (my first…read morehouse!). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately skeptical as we were picking houses to bid on. He knew how to structure offers that were reasonable but strong, given our situation. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. I'd absolutely work with Ryan again, but it went so well I have no reason to for quite some time.

Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend hiring him to be your real estate agent. When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

In the day of the Open House she informs me that she won't be showing our house and this other guy would be. That is not why I chose her. I was kicking myself because 2 houses in our neighborhood were sold by another real estate and many were questioning my decision. After getting several offers on our home we talked on the phone and we accepted one offer. The buyers wanted $14000 back. Yes, you're reading that right. All was disclosed. It is a 17 year old home with original roof and AC with a home warranty. Amy informs me by text that she would be out of the country in Norway. She assigned me to a different woman. I had no negotiating power and this other person said she didn't have the other offers that were made to go back to. This other person knew nothing about crawl spaces, of which they wanted almost $4000 credit for that. I was not kept informed. It was not right. I am so upset because she got my listing and really didn't care. She gets commission on the sale price and not what I give them back. We wound up settling for almost $7000 in credits. Aimee thought it was $4000. She had no clue. Aimee was mean and nasty to me over the phone and told me I was to her worker. I was frustrated and got no apology or comfort. It is stressful selling a home and she made it much worse. I saved my texts and communication. I expected more from a real estate agent and especially a "friend". L

With the home purchase, things had to move really fast and she gave us the right level of guidance and advice. I never felt like she was pushing us or trying to influence us. The repairs negotiations for both transactions were a little challenging, but we were really happy with the outcome of both. It is rare that you do one deal where you come out feeling like you won, but we had that experience twice! 10/10 will use Aimee again.

The Raleigh real estate market is extremely competitive; therefore, having a realtor with a…read morecompetitive nature is a necessity. Don't let Tim's laid back persona deceive you. My son took a job with Google as a software engineer which required him to relocate from California to Raleigh. The first problem was that he was too busy with his new job to search for a home so.... (guess who was appointed with the task of finding the perfect home?) and second, I knew nothing about Raleigh. I found Tim by using Yelp. I contacted Tim and as it turns out he would be in California the following week so he suggested we meet. Tim came prepared like the L.A. Ram's coach came ready to play the superbowl. Tim had marked-up grafts, spreadsheets, comps, and available listings. I explained we had a limited amount of time (4th quarter inside the 2 minute warning ) to close this deal. Tim set the expectations of the Raleigh market to let me know that while this task wasn't impossible it would certainly be challenging. I flew to Raleigh a couple of weeks later with all of the comps in hand that were provided over the previous two weeks and just like Tim had predicted they had all sold. We arrived at newly listed properties the day and time they went on the market as realtors were putting up the for sale signs. After submitting approximately 10-12 offers one of the offers was accepted. It was downhill once the offer was accepted at least that is what we thought. The loan was already approved with Wells Fargo so what possibly could go wrong you ask!? 2 weeks before closing Wells Fargo decided that the value wasn't supported for the appraisal. How could that be in Raleigh, right!? There were at least 12 other like properties within a 2 mile radius that sold for the same or more. Tim sprang into action and had his local loan officer reach out to help. The loan officer contacted us the same day which was 2 days before Christmas. The day after Christmas we had our loan approval and was able to close on time. Tim never panicked, kept that wonderful cool demeanor and repeated his ever so calming phrase which was, "I got you" and indeed he did. I work for Apple and my son Google so if any of our co-workers are moving to the area and need a realtor do yourself a favor and call Tim.

I will always recommend him to everyone I come in contact with!! He is truly the definition of what a realtor should be.

She was patient and helpful and provided thorough answers to every question I had throughout the process. When we went to view houses, she would point out things that I'd not even considered, and I always felt like she was genuinely invested in helping me find the right house and not just getting a sale. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, and I think I joked at one point that all I had to do was sign things and write checks because she was taking care of the rest. Shruti also has a really good network that she can leverage and helped me find great cleaners, inspectors, lenders, you name it.
