From day one, she understood that buying a home was a huge financial and emotional investment for us, and she always made us feel supported instead of pressured. We've lived in a rented house from this company for 10 months and it has literally been one of the…read moreworst renting experiences in our lives. Extremely poor follow-through on maintenance requests and other tenant services, and even worse communication with tenants. When we first moved in, the house was a disaster and had clearly not been cleaned before we moved in, even though it took an extra week than promised for the company to make sure the house was "ready for move-in". There were actual cob webs (not just little spider webs, but full-blown, thick, nasty cob webs) in the ceiling, the carpet was uncleaned, the gutters were full, there was an inch of dust above all the cabinets and thick grease above the stove. These are all things that previous tenants had left and should have been cleaned before we moved in. In the first month of our time living there, we experienced major maintenance issues that left us without a bathroom. We were very proactive, called the company and tried to get them to come fix our bathroom, but it took over 3 months for them to fix!! We continued to pay for a 3 bed, 2 bath from October through December even though we did not have our second bath. Throughout the 3 months there was an extreme lack of communication with us and people would randomly show up at our house, and when we weren't home they'd leave and not get any work done. Extremely frustrating when there is live sewage sitting in your bathroom for 2 weeks before they send anyone out to clean it up!! Recently a huge tree branch broke and landed on our neighbor's fence. We immediately called to have someone clear the branch since it was too big to do on our own. We were promised it would be done today. It's still not cleared and it's extremely inconsiderate of our neighbors whose yard it really affects. The office ladies are pleasant, but the service provided is sub-par and the owner Kurt Krantz is extremely rude. I called once during our bathroom fiasco to ask for an update and express my concern with the live sewage in our bathroom. Instead of good customer service, I got yelled at for being rude for calling at 5:30 ("after hours"), called irresponsible for making the toilets overflow (it was a break in the line, not our fault), was told to "just use less water until it's fixed and to shower somewhere else", and then he hung up on me. Extremely disappointing customer service.
