They are not afraid to be held accountable to the agreements they make, this is sadly super rare. The price was more than reasonable. I'd rather not but I'd pay a premium for such great treatment. The work they do is great but the interaction and the way they treat customers is the secret sauce that so many others know of and are unwilling to use.
