He was very pushy about vaccines from the beginning which is fine, but my daughter had a nasty ear infection and i went back regardless of my gut for the recheck a week later. I told him about her crying in pain at night and consistent tugging on her ear. I also told him up front that i wanted to wait for her vacancie shots because she already didnt feel good. He told us that she still had fluid behind her ear drum, and disregarded my vacancie comment and said he was going to get them set up and be right back. Once more i told him no and my reason....i had to tell him over six times. His comments were, "she will be fine" & "why not just get the pain over with all at once". Yea like im going to stress out my daughter even more and add to her pain and discomfort. She is only 8 months. I even tried telling him as soon as shes better that i will have her updated on them. But nope he is stuck in his ways and does not respect the parent or child.

They also text you appointment confirmations. I typically do not have to wait too long in the waiting room for our appointments. Doctors are knowledgeable, but know sometimes it feels as if you are being rushed. They see a lot of kids, and like to stick a schedule. Sometimes I have to stop the doctors and really have them listen to my concerns and push them to get them to fully understand vs. sticking to the textbook. I have had to drop a doctor in the practice and pick another one up, due to not having a chemistry with them. The good thing is you can pick and choose your doctors since there are so many in each location.

I have 2 teenagers and I am thoroughly impressed with her bedside manner, her attention to detail and overall medical abilities.
