I was paid in full and still had two days left on my storage unit and was locked out of the gate so I had to remotely buy another unit to gain access and then cancel the unit in order to move out. The remote management company could not even allow me gate access to move out even though I was paid in full and still had two days. The offsite management company that runs this storage unit based in India is remotely managed by Copper Storage Management. This management company also has bad reviews from customers, employees and storage owners who have used them stating it ruined there storage buisness. A year later I would not recommend this place at one time it was good. Then the owner hired Copper Storage Management and I left after 5 years.

I have waited over 6 MONTHS, through their 6 cancellations of scheduled delivery dates and still have no carport. I requested to cancel the contract and have them refund my 10% deposit that I paid. Bear Path Storage refused to provide a refund of the deposit, indicating it was their right to keep the deposit, and that's how they earn their money (by selling carports through Carolina Carports). They refused to accept any responsibility for the contract that they initiated and the terms to which they promised. This is a dishonest company, which exercises unethical business practices. Beware!
