I was paid in full and still had two days left on my storage unit and was locked out of the gate so I had to remotely buy another unit to gain access and then cancel the unit in order to move out. The remote management company could not even allow me gate access to move out even though I was paid in full and still had two days. The offsite management company that runs this storage unit based in India is remotely managed by Copper Storage Management. This management company also has bad reviews from customers, employees and storage owners who have used them stating it ruined there storage buisness. A year later I would not recommend this place at one time it was good. Then the owner hired Copper Storage Management and I left after 5 years.

Now she wants to get her things and he's unable to help this time. They wouldn't let my husband in when he took her over to get her things. So I guess they expect a 78-year-old woman to move her own furniture? The dimwit who wouldn't tell me the code wanted to go on and on about how she always explains this to people blah blah blah. I've had storage units before and never experienced anything like this. In short, don't leave your stuff there - you may never get it back.

And...that is exactly how it worked out. The facilities are really nice and secure. I had climate controlled and was very/happily surprised with how affordable my unit was. Looks like business is good for them too as they just completed an entirely new building I assume because demand is so high right now around here. One last note, their staff and level of service are top level. If I ever need this kind of service again, I'm going straight to West Side Storage. They have fantastic security and they even throw in some good music so doing all your work is actually enjoyable. I would love to work for a place like this. If you're hiring, just hit me up.
