I really enjoy the efficiency and respect of everyone I have spoke to every time I called. If you have to have your things away from you your belongings to things that make your home home this is the place to have it. It's safe secure and they understand life happens. I read it there smallest storage unit it started at $44 and ended up at $60 within 3 years. I paid consistently on time and had no issues during my 3-year use. That all changed when I decided to move out of the unit at the end of April 2023. I took myself off auto pay and also talked to one of their associates on May 6th to let them know that for sure I was gone. Well evidently their line was they have no people over there to look and it's all done remote. That's not my problem but since I didn't send a picture of a clean little 5x10 unit within a month they had decided I owed them $277. They are blood suckers they keep track of the fine print because these guys want every single penny they can get out of you. So instead of thanking me for being a great customer for 3 years and passing on the word I want to pass on the word to never use renegade storage part of copper management as far as I understand. I promise you when you get ready to leave you'll be very unhappy. Oh also said it was climate controlled and that was just a flat lie and someone had already come to my storage unit and realize I was gone at the end of April I still had to pay for May just cuz I raised. so much Cain. Don't use these guys.,

Rented the machine for a full 24 hour day plus $90 for delivery and pickup! After they pick up the machine at the end of 24 hours, they later called and to charge me $30 /hr. for the 3 hours that I went over 8 hours! First time I'd been told a day of rent only lasted 8 hours! So $90 more plus $48 for 8 gal. of fuel, plus tax plus 4% processing fee was add to my credit card. Also I was supposed to get the machine delivered first thing in the morning, but it didn't arrive until noon! Not a happy camper with these people!

Sending faxes doesn't even cost them any paper or ink but they charge TEN TIMES as much as a print. If they are willing to gouge their customers so unethically in one area I don't know how you could ever trust them with anything.
