We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. I arrived early before the crowd got bad. My first impression was very positive, as it looked very modern with nice washers and dryers and had very nice tables and chairs. The prices were higher than what I'm used to paying in my area. I pay 2.25 here and theirs were 3.00. I thought, well that's not bad since they're new washers, but I didn't realize that 3.00 was for cold water! When I pushed "hot wash" it jumped to 3.50! So that's quite a bit more than I pay here. Also, the dryers in the laundromats up here give me 7 minutes for 25 cents. Down there I had to pay 50 cents for the same amount of time. For management's information, I used 3 washers - #3, 4, and 5. I had whites in #3 and 4 and 5 were colors. I put my liquid detergent in the correct slots that were indicated in all 3 washers. I noticed that only #4 had suds! 3 and 5 were just sloshing clear water around! It's a mystery what happened to the detergent I put in 2 of the washers, but I knew I had wasted my money because all they were doing was getting the clothes WET! When I removed my whites, it was very obvious that they weren't clean and I had even added bleach! So I wasted a lot of money ($15) wetting and drying dirty laundry that didn't come clean! I'll have to rewash everything at a different laundromat in my area and I won't go back there!

We walked inside with three bags of laundry to do while our machine was out of order at home. We looked around for a change machine but did not see one. There was a very nice patron in the store sitting waiting on his own laundry who told us the clerk would return shortly. We saw a man pushing a cart around the store as he was doing laundry and the other patron told us he was the owner and not to bother him that he would come to us when he was finished. I looked at one of the front loading machines and finally found out the charge for the wash cycle, it asked for 11 Quarters to start. ($2.75) We had brought all our own, pre-wash, soap pods, bleach, fabric softener and such from home. They do sell most laundry supplies at the store there but the prices were higher than you would pay at a local retail store but it was convenient for those lacking something. The store was clean and we felt very safe inside. The other patrons were extremely helpful in offering tips and directions. The store is not air conditioned with the front and back door left open for air movement. Pretty warm humid environment inside the store. They also offer a wash and fold service by the pound that we may look into if we are in this situation again. We decided to leave a few minutes after we arrived without doing any laundry. We will not return but if you don't have any other options this may be an ok place to get your laundry done.
