Not pleased with this place! The only way to buy soap is thru a vending machine that is OUT OF ORDER!!!!

I had my washer and dryer go out and flood part of my basement, unable to finish my load of laundry…read moreI rushed over to this lovely laundromat. I hadn't been to one since I was a kid plus It was already dark out so I really was just hoping to find some place that didn't seem sketchy, I was immediately at ease with how lit everything was and how clean it felt. I was a little rusty on how everything worked but in there was Ms. Kim, she was the most kind hearted genuine person! She helped me, chatted, and just made the entire experience! She is amazing and I'll be coming back if this ever happens again.

I was very disappointed in this American owned business. I drove passed there when I was going to…read morehave Easter dinner with my family and they were open. On my way home around 9:30 p.m. they were still open. How can the non American owned laundromat just down the street close on such an important holiday but SUDS can't let their employees be with their families? I know the owners weren't staffing the place. I am a weekly patron and pay an average of 25.00 per week to do my laundry there while my husband and I finish building our new home. Kim is awesome and the main reason I go there. I think I will go to the other laundromat simply because this one is apparently open on Christmas also. This tells me the owners are greedy and do not care about work life balance for their employees. Thank you Kim for everything. Keep smiling and God bless.

The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! (Also a toys of tots drop off location)

I arrived early before the crowd got bad. My first impression was very positive, as it looked very modern with nice washers and dryers and had very nice tables and chairs. The prices were higher than what I'm used to paying in my area. I pay 2.25 here and theirs were 3.00. I thought, well that's not bad since they're new washers, but I didn't realize that 3.00 was for cold water! When I pushed "hot wash" it jumped to 3.50! So that's quite a bit more than I pay here. Also, the dryers in the laundromats up here give me 7 minutes for 25 cents. Down there I had to pay 50 cents for the same amount of time. For management's information, I used 3 washers - #3, 4, and 5. I had whites in #3 and 4 and 5 were colors. I put my liquid detergent in the correct slots that were indicated in all 3 washers. I noticed that only #4 had suds! 3 and 5 were just sloshing clear water around! It's a mystery what happened to the detergent I put in 2 of the washers, but I knew I had wasted my money because all they were doing was getting the clothes WET! When I removed my whites, it was very obvious that they weren't clean and I had even added bleach! So I wasted a lot of money ($15) wetting and drying dirty laundry that didn't come clean! I'll have to rewash everything at a different laundromat in my area and I won't go back there!

Jeez, it was so pricey. I don't know what I did wrong but everything came out too expensive but we had an emergency so the laundromat was our best option. 3) It's cashless, you have to buy their wash cards! BE AWARE! You have to transfer money to the card on a kiosk. Had a difficult time using the kiosk and I did ask for help. 3) One thing is they do have BIG washers and dryers. I would MAYBE be back to wash my big sheets and blankets only so my washer and dryer don't break down. 4) Other than that, I understand some families and individuals can't afford a washer/dryer or don't have the space, so this place is convenient. It even has a seating area, a space where your kids can be at, and tables where you can fold your clothes on. 5) The staff were helpful however, I know they were judging me because they kept staring and doing the side eye. I would turn my head quick to look back and they would look away so quick. I didn't like that. It had been a long time since I've been to a laundromat, please give me patience ;-(. 6) I didn't like how the "owner" that also helped me and said "You're new here, I can tell. Just to let you know I'm owner here. Isn't my place nice? I worked hard to get my place and I make lots of money from it." and kept on bragging. (Not sure if it was hers at this point). Happy for your accomplishment if it is, but that was obnoxious if that's how you approach to your customers. In conclusion, the laundromat is kept up well and does have its pros and cons while I was here. Will I go back? Ehhhh, maybe but if I need to. I would probably end up going to my mom's or in laws to wash clothes next time if it happens. The reason I didn't do that in the first place because it is a big fat drive away. 3/5
