Each time I have gone to the Laundryworks store in Dalton Ga. I have been greeted by employees that are very friendly and eager to help from the time you get out of your car to the time you leave they always make sure that the visit goes well without any mishaps to ensure that the visit is a rewarding experience for the customer. I have been to other laundry mats where machines have been dirty and broken and no one around no employees or a mgr. with that being said this location has always had employees and a mgr on site without fail. and the cleanliness is way above most other laundry mats it is always clean and machines are up to date and clean which makes me feel good to know that my clothes will no doubt be clean when I go home. The store manager is also very friendly and truly cares about the customers and the employees. Every person in the store is always happy which makes me feel good as a customer because you can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. I haven't ever been dissatisfied nor have I ever seen a dissatisfied customer there. If there is a problem it is very quickly corrected to ensure customer satisfaction and that goes a long way with me. So keep up the good work. and I would with no doubt recommend this store to my friends. and as long as I am living in Dalton Ga I will be a customer at this store. Thank you for caring. read more

I love this place! The atmosphere is great and the customer service is beyond amazing! Megan has been wonderful! She showed my fiance and I how to save some money on detergent by showing us how much should actually be used wugh their H.E. washers! She and Amanda also helped me several weeks ago when I found someone else's chapstick in the dryer I'd just used. It left lots of oily stains and an odd smell but I called to tell them what had happened and they offered to do the whole load over again pre treated and all until I was satisfied the stains were out. I love doing my laundry here. I was taking my comforters ( bedding) used the buggy to load them in my bag I purchased from them which is 1 of 2 I love. However one of the wheels got caught,I'm 55 , disabled tripped,my shin hit the buggy n I popped up like the Pillsbury dough girl. My body is in great distress. Finished laundry,tried to walk it off but eventually couldn't walk. Went to emergency room,now I'm on crutches and a pimp cane and speed queen hasn't reached out to me. He was eager to assist me with getting a card and showing me how the machines worked. He also told me about their drop off service and how convenient it would be for me. I enjoy being able to get my laundry done in a small amount of time. I can put everything in one washer and in one dryer. The service here is excellent and my oldest daughter is able to play games while we wait. Laundryworks is so nice from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. If there is anything the employees can do to help just ask and they would be more than happy to help. The wifi is really good here and the laundry is pretty cheap. A worker by the name of megan helped me and my girlfriend learn how to opererate the machines and im very thankful for that. She is very nice and a very hard worker. read more
