The cost to wash is $3.00 in quarters for traditional top loaders to $7.50 for giant commercial washers. The minimum cost for dryer is a quarter. One dryer's heating element wasn't working and we lost 50 cents. There was no attendant on duty but they will send you a refund if you fill out a form and put it in a complaint box. We decided that wasn't worth the trouble but we did put an out of order sign on the dryer. I still give this location 4 stars because it is so exceptionally clean and well maintained even without an attendant. There is a Coke machine, coin machine, laundry supplies machine, TV, laundry carts, folding areas, laundry sink, and small bathroom.

You can schedule online for recurring service, and you get a bit of a discount if you do. I chose every 4 weeks, but sometimes I can see where I'd need laundry done sooner or later. There is no option to change that online, and no option to change whether you want pick up or drop off service (Door Dash), or drop off/self pickup. And this is very inconvenient because sometimes I need my laundry to be picked up, but other times I can drop it off myself. Same goes for drop off or self pick up. It then goes up to $7.50 for a washer that's literally an inch bigger, and then goes up to a whopping $10.00 for one they claim washes 6 loads at once (I don't believe it.) The dryers don't work worth a penny, so each load will start you at $2.00, or more for heavier loads (like towels, for example). This is where you waste a lot of money. I was shocked that it took some of my linen loads $4.00 to actually get them dry. Like I said, what a joke! Since I just moved to Chatty, I thought I'd get all my bedding fresh and clean: blankets, comforters, sheets, and towels. Don't be like me and try to do that many loads of wash.
