I called Blue Petals after looking for a florist in this area (that was also open New Years Day) for my mom's 80th birthday tomorrow on Jan 2nd. I (as many of you do) looked at other florists reviews and saw many mixed ratings of 5 stars and 1 stars mostly (IMO) because online flower photos are never going to be exact - they are a representation (but that's a conversation for another day!) but Blue Petals had great reviews. So I called. Jose answered the phone and kindly explained to me they are closed tomorrow. But after sharing with him what the occasion was for, he said he would make an arrangement for me and deliver it. SO KIND! He also walked me through what to expect for my budget and listened to what type of arrangement I want (I asked for a colorful wild-flower type of arrangement) Supporting small businesses with great customer service is so important to me. Oh my goodness I don't even know where to start. This place is absolutely amazing. I called in with a small order for a bouquet of tulips for my daughter for Mother's Day. I had a limited budget and the person on the phone said not to worry that they would make it look amazing and beautiful. And they definitely delivered that. My daughter said she has never received flowers that were so beautifully arranged and packaged she didn't want to take them out of the wrapping because it looked so beautiful.
