I'm sorry we are so late in giving this review. I called Toro at the last minute almost 2 years…read moreago, wanting to get help in getting rid of our storage for once and for all. When I say last minute, I mean we needed their help that same day. They were busy, but carved out some time in the late afternoon, early evening, that same day, to help us out since our daughter was leaving soon. We are older and our daughter was willing to give us some time and effort going through and getting rid of things before she flew back home. The guys showed up as promised, took a look at what needed to be hauled away, gave us a fair, reasonable, and honest estimate, and immediately began hauling the items out of our storage. They were quick, careful, and thorough. It's been awhile so I'm not certain, but I think they even swept the storage area afterward. My husband and I were amazed and so pleased. I promised I'd leave a review, but failed to do it right away and simply forgot. I remembered them when thinking about my sister, who may soon need them. I said "Wow, you never left a review! Get on it!", so here I am. You will be very pleased with their work, their attitude, honesty, and their prices. I recommend them highly. Wish I could give them a 10!! Better late than never and they are SO deserving of this review! Use these guys. Daisy C.

September 9th was altogether different experience. I moved out of a 1 bdrm home with outdoor furniture. It's been a long time since i moved and apparently I did not ask enough questions and Tim did not explain my cost options ( 3 hr min w/ 2 guys Vs 4 hr min w/ 3 guys) to ensure I understood the cost difference as a return customer. Also I was not offered my senior discount i see in prior reviews. I was charged a shrink wrap fee $20 when they had tons of blankets. Beware owner will not use Zelle, Venmo or PayPal to avoid a 5% Credit card fee-OUCH! Moving forward, I will call 3 other companies for comparison.

I even accidentally paid him twice and he was the one to call me to alert me of the error. He returned my money within minutes. During my first encounter with Gary, I had to reschedule at the last minute secondary to an illness. To my surprise, Gary not only adjusted his schedule for me, he stopped at his home on his way to my home to pick up a jar of his homemade honey to help me feel better. I can recommend Gare Bear Junk Removal without reservations. Please support their business, you will not be disappointed.

They also honored the price I'd paid over a year prior even though it had increased since then, which they didn't have to do but I really appreciated it. It's hard for me to visualize the size of things (Is 20 yards as big as a car? A school bus? Who knows!), so it's helpful that they send videos of the dumpsters for scale. (Tip: Always go bigger than you think you'll need!) They also sent a video of my stuff being emptied out at the dump, which was unexpectedly satisfying to watch. 10/10 would use again for clearing out a hoarder's garage
