NEVER use this place. They have no idea what they are doing, but they know how to break a…read morecomputer. I recently took my Surface Pro into the store and asked if they can change the battery. They took my computer, kept it overnight. The next day they said they could fix it and it would take a day or two. After three weeks, they called and told me they broke the monitor. They said they would replace the monitor and asked me to pay for it. Then they asked to half the price with me. I said no! They replaced the monitor. When I got it home, the touch screen wasn't working and the touch pad on the keyboard wasn't working. I took it back and the lady that owns the shop told me to take her to court and slammed the door in my face. The WORST place ever. If you want a functioning computer, go somewhere else. If there was an option for a score less than one start, that is what I would have checked.

Said we had to park somewhere else. We told him we were gonna grab breakfast and wouldn't be long and he told us to park else where.
