I'm warning you, don't go to this salon unless you want to go into a war with them! I went there a week ago because I box dyed my hair and wanted to get fixed it. The owner Keisha C. and I was agreeing on getting highlights lowlights and a haircut. Previously I checked their website for the prices,so by that I thought that's something I'm ok to pay for. We were not discussing the price. Big mistake! I ended up paying $550. Which was shocking. When I got home I noticed it's still yellow around my face and brassy at the back. My friend who speaks perfectly English called them up the next day to see if there is any solution. Keisha refused to do anything about it. So I left a google review with pictures at least to warn others about my experience with her. In the next few days she gained 7 5 star reviews. Doesn't seem organic. My husband saw me being sad so he left a review here on Yelp on my behalf. Now they are private messaging him, here on Yelp, saying in the salon a man was standing next to us at the beginning while Keisha and I was discussing my hair, and he says he witnessed I was told the price. Like what? There was no man in the salon while we were discussing my hair situation, and Keisha did not told me the price. They said if I'm telling different to my husband , I'm telling a story. So now they are trying to make a problem in my marriage, accusing I lied to my husband?! They went way too far with the whole situation. During my hair session, like 3 hours in, while Keisha washed my hair off there was a boy who came into the salon and asked the price about color correction. But by then I was about done with my hair. I overheard the price $150/hour for color correction. But I wasn't informed about this at the beginning. I thought my price is going to go by what she said highlights-lowlights and haircut. It would have been nice if she told me "I am sorry for the miss understanding , yes this is our price, if you're not satisfied and still see yellow brassy spots come back I will fix it for you with some toner" or something, anything. And then I wouldn't leave a bad review because at least she tried to make it up. But no. I was informed in the google review reply the prices is not even Keisha's prices on their website. Not to mention while I was in the salon they were discussing other people's personal life in front of me and an other customer. Rude and unprofessional. I attached pictures from the following day. For $550 at least she should cancel out the yellow around my face. I went to this salon with a good intention to find a good hairdresser for long time, but It was a horrible experience all together. Not just the price, yes expensive ok fine, but what I got for the price and the attitude towards me was awful. read more
