Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. I explained that I am beginning a new position at work, had lost a bunch of weight and needed all new clothes. She directed me to the store and told me to look around. She did ask me what size I was and advised me to look at size 1. In fact, I am a size 2 (in Chico's size). I'm not sure if that was meant to discourage me as I was dressed in yoga pants a t shirt ( knowing that I was going to be taking clothes off and on that day). She walked away and I never got the time of day again. I might mention there was only one other woman in the store shopping. I instantly felt that I was not "good enough" to shop there so I left the store, walked 2 doors down to the Loft, received a lot of help and spent $1,200 in about an hour.
