I then picked the truck up , asked again the issue with the parts not being able to be located and they basically had no answer for me other than "we couldn't find them online". It could have been a simple solution "do you think maybe you could source the parts for us" instead I got no call or anything, when that would have been totally okay and I could have continued to give them more things to upgrade on the truck. I guess more money saved in my pocket.. The older man who runs the store is kind but the other staff need an attitude check. I wouldn't say stay away from this place but just proceed with caution.

My car wouldn't start again 12/25, I took it to Pascos again (knowing my 1 year warranty would run out 2/26) I asked for it to be replaced, the clerk agreed and then the manager came over and said nothing was wrong with my battery for it to be replaced, he said something in your car is draining it. In 2/26 my car wouldn't start again so I had to replace my battery and went to AutoZone. The clerk at AutoZone told me he's heard of many stories of bad batteries from Pasco.
