I would recommend Blue Monkey Vapes to anyone interested in vaping or even people that are already knowledgeable on the subject. I was having problems with my set up purchased from another location, not only did Mike sit down with me and explain what I was doing wrong, he showed me step by step how to build my coils! The prices are good, their juice selection is amazing, and their staff is friendly as well as helpful! 5 stars for Blue monkey! Ps. The other reviewer is hopefully just mistaken. The batteries he mentioned are older batteries for flashlights, they are not and never have been available for purchase at Blue Monkey. I promise you I'll never spend another penny at blue monkey vapes in Hagerstown MD due to the total disrespect by an employee named Austin. Becareful spending your hard earned money here bc they will rip you off and not blink once. Word of mouth travels fast now with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. When buying a mod I should not have to take it apart to make sure the battery is there when being told it's there just needs charged. Ha. Then when trying to go back and get a battery for the already bought mod that was suppose to have a battery the employee proceeds to tell me "not my problem" and "well I have child support to pay" then when telling the young man okay, take this mod back (unused) and I'll buy a battery for my mod and use the rest of the money towards juices. Nope....so needless to say Everytime I get the chance I will post a negative comment and spread my experience with blue monkey vapes. read more

Customer service at the blue monkey is incredible, they are very knowledgeable and outgoing, the staff are very friendly always good to have a chat and the sales are amazing!
