She was VERY picky about where she wanted to go, and Skincraft was her pick after much online vetting and reading. I made an appointment online 5 days prior, and made a $25 payment deposit toward the appointment. We live over 45mins away from Skincraft. On the way to the appointment, we ran into significant delays due to a motorcyclist that had been killed. After detours, etc. we arrived at the appointment 15 mins late. They would not see us. I understand keeping business moving, but after all the challenges we faced, it would have been nice if they would have worked with us and got us taken care of. I'm sure they could have made up the time throughout the rest of the evening. Needless to say, due to unfortunate circumstances, we were out $25 and not provided a service. They did offer to reschedule, but making the trip that far will not be repeated. We will stay closer to home. Make sure you're rigidly on time here, or they'll swallow your deposit and send you packing. I'm not keen on establishments that don't offer some flexibility.

She was very patient when I asked her to slightly revise the initial pixilation of the template. I've been following Annie Bone on IG for a year now, that woman is an artist. With a background from DAAP and graphic design, she knows her way around most mediums. When her books opened up, I was so excited to try to get on her schedule. When you're considering White Whale, please pay close attention to each artist's "rules" when it comes to proposals. The website has some great advise for this as well. Most of them only open their books every so often and vet each piece before committing. Annie's light hand was much appreciated because I'm a total WUSS when it comes to tattoos. I have several but I really don't enjoy getting them. Annie was so kind, understanding and encouraging the whole time. She held conversation really well and seemed to care about me and my piece! This is the first time I've had a tegederm bandage and I really like it!! It's so much easier that being taped and bandaged up. If you have sensitive skin, be sure to mention this. I bruised up a little bit but Annie quickly corresponded with me and made sure the bruise was a "normal" one and that my tattoo/arm was healthy! Go to White Whale. Get a killer tattoo. No regrets.

Had to go to another shop to get it looked at they told me the quality was horrible and they've had to fix and help multiple people coming from red dragon tattoo. They also told me the white build up under my piercing was from the jewelry quality that they had pierced me with. maybe before getting a piercing here you should ask them the specs and actually quality of their jewelry and if you can see the paperwork on it so you can see for yourself. Overall experience over the past weeks after i received my piercing from them has been horrible in my experience and wouldn't recommend them to anyone especially after i found out how bad their jewelry really was.

I was having a procedure done shortly after and she also helped in giving me options of coming in to get a glass stud temporarily so my hole did not fill up. I was able to see her to get the glass stud and then to reinsert my original nose stud. She was so kind in explaining everything and helping me with this whole process to allow for me piercing to not close up but also allowed me to be able to get the piercing thru the whole process.
