Had the best experience ever with Regan as my piercer!…read more She walked me through every step since I'm not a fan of needles even though I've tattoos and piercings and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed or like just a client! She suggested jewelry and gave me reasoning on why certain ones would or wouldn't work since I'm picky about what I wanted haha! I can say the options of what you could get and even buy for later are on point! I loved the choices! She was super fast but gentle and constantly making sure I was comfortable and doing ok during it all! The place was super nice looking and decorated with great art pieces some of which that I found out she actually made! The art hung was super awesome too! It really set a great vibe! The whole place was Super clean which was awesome and everything was sterilized and opened in front of me. I have to say best experience from a piercing ever and I have had 13 done before this one at other places! Regan has made a repeat customer from me and I will be recommending her for sure! Thank you for such a great experience. I love my septum piercing!

I was afraid I may not be able to be serviced since I get off work at 6, but I was seated right away. Tracey was the one who served me, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. She did not rush me as I looked through the palettes of color choices, did not push me to get fake tips or other extra things added to my service (like some places did for me), took her time doing my nails, and was understanding and repeated herself when I couldn't understand her. When she asked me if I liked the color, she made sure I wasn't settling and just saying yes (I appreciated that). The lotion massage at the end was the icing on the cake. I definitely will be coming back here next time.

The service here is ridiculous. Made an appointment THREE DAYS in advance just to come in and they…read morecan't do the nails we chose. They only have one person who can do designs per the front desk girl. If I had known this I would've made sure to book her OR just not booked at all. The front desk needs to explain this to the customers because I know this isn't the first time this has happened. Also if you're booking to get your fingernails done they don't ask if you want a full set or just a basic manicure and they will just book you as a manicure. This definitely could have been avoided especially since I literally asked just to made sure we were all set before hand and they specifically told me we were all good. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Thanks for messing up my Mother's Day gift!!!
