I used to use this car wash weekly. The attendants were focused and would take care if each vehicle with respect. Today there was only one attendant who walked away while my truck was entering the wash. My rear wiper wasn't covered and the prewash was not applied. Once inside the wash everything seemed normal until I reached the end. The final polish wheels did not engage and when I tried to tell the attendant he seemed annoyed and was more interested in telling me to use the other vacuums, yeah I got that from the giant sign. He told me he knew about it and had shut them off because they were dirty. No refund was mentioned or even a date/time when the wash would be fully operatuonal. Finally, once I finished vacuuming there was spotting all over my truck and not the kind you see with hard water. This water was dirty. So after paying for the highest tier wash at this establishment my truck came out almost as dirty as it came in and there's no sign that anyone here could care less. The lesson here is the star rating is 100% correct for Blue Lightning Car Wash. Avoid this, once spectacular car wash, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Damaged paint on my front bumper from pulling my car in to the vehicle in front of me. There apparently is no system for detecting a stop vehicle in wash apart from attendant which was not very helpful, filled out claim but have not received call from company. $3 wash is only on Tuesdays or before 9 am on other days. read more

I paid 18$ for a car wash. Wash, wax, seal, dry. I am going to post pictures of the job this place does. The only reason I gave it one star is because the vacuum cleaners are superb! Other than that.... gas station 3$ washes are the same as far as quality. The attendant allowed the person behind me in at less than 2 feet behind my car. If I would have delayed even a second when I came out I would have been hit. Never again. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! This company is more like 3 MINUTE CAR DAMAGE. After leaving scratches and a gash on our car, they refused to do anything about it, nor would give any contact information to make an insurance claim. I will never be going here again, and I'll be telling everyone I know to never go here either. They also claimed that it was impossible for their machines to do damage to anyone's car and tried to tell the cops that the damage was from "rock chips." What a joke. They should be shut down for damaging people's property and failing to provide any sort of reimbursement. read more

ZERO STARS !!! I used to stop in every week or two for a wash. I used their custom branded prepaid cards. I would buy $50 at a time. When I went in for my usual wash, I was told by the attended "We don't accept those cards anymore". I told him that I still had money left to use on the card, but I kept getting the same response. I'm no longer a regular customer. I was ripped off of my hard earned money. Avoid this place unless you want some of the same style of thievery and shenanigans. "Oh you bought our prepaid card with your hard earned money... let me ask the manager if they can help you, no luck, you can leave now." I was then told I could drive away avoiding the wash and without my hard earned money. Worst service ever. Do they really think this is an acceptable way to treat their good regular customers. car wash seems to be a really nice place but, and a year later I find out that my credit card was charged multiple times when I bring it to the attention of the person working he tells me he doesn't know what to do lol not really funny though. I asked to speak to his manager and got a reply I don't know I advised him I will be contacting my bank he laughs and tells me to do it. be careful if you use this place credit card fraud is definitely going on along with other things. read more

This car wash accepts credit cards, which is why I first tried it. When you first pull in, an automated system offers different levels of wash and upsells (tire wash, RainX, etc). Then you pull into the automatic car wash, guided by an attendant. I usually get the $10 wash, which includes a tire shine, which usually lasts over a week. I usually go every 2-4 weeks and have never experienced a problem with the staff or equipment. read more

Seems to be a pattern here! The wash machinery tore off my rear wiper blade and arm, thank goodness it left the motor shaft in place! I ordered the parts from Autonation Ford and tried to call the carwash several times. Never answered! So I went there to speak to the manager. She was rude right from the start. She stated that they don't cover any damage once you leave the premises. My vehicle was a 2011, she said that was too old! Really! The repair parts were only $40, she needs some customer relationship management training. An offer of some free washes would have gone a long way to repair my relationship with this business! This is a great car wash if you just put in a little bit of effort to help ensure your vehicle will come out clean. People just do not understand that it is not a Full Service car wash. For the $18 dollars I paid my vehicle came out looking good. I've honestly had way worse outcomes at a full service car wash and had to wait 2 hours . The price is great, but it's not as convenient as it would seem. I tried the phone number several times this morning and yesterday as well to see what the hours of operation were (because they can't be found anywhere online). The phone just rang and rang which didn't get me started off on a great foot with this establishment. There was no automated message even! Very irritating! I finally decided to run up there and take my chances and by the time I got there(roughly 11am), the pre wash area water was filthy so it didn't do much for my car. However, the brush was helpful if you scrubbed and gave it some elbow grease. It's a nice freebie, but the water should be replaced sooner than whatever it was. Then, before I had the chance to go through the car wash, I learned that the power was off for some reason. I'm assuming this isn't their fault but still- if someone had picked up the phone yesterday, I would've been the first car in the morning & would've had my car done by then. I ended up driving off really aggravated because I was unable to use the vacuums due to needing to purchase the car wash first. The attendant suggested something down the road which was helpful but not great for business. The idea of this place is great, but the customer service and cleanliness needs work. I might try again to give it one more chance, but only after my birthday freebie that is supposed to come in my email.....we shall see if I get that even- so far not good. read more

First off I wouldn't even give this place one star because I am beyond pissed. I had brought my car there because being new to spring hill I didn't know of any other place to go first time going I paid the extra (buffing one ) I pull into the vacuum area and start to dry off my car and start to notice my car had slanted vertical scratches. It enough to catch with my finger nail I brought it to the wash attendants attention he looked at it from about 5 feet away and said that is not from the wash. ( I keep my car in immaculate condition and it's black metallic the scratches were very noticeable) he said look he got the same was pointed to another car we walked over it was a run down 10 year old Nissan truck. I filled out a incident report and I have not gotten a call or e mail till this day 5 months later. Won't ever refer my friends family or let my girlfriend go there anymore if you care about your car DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! read more
