The mixing was top notch, the recording and…read moremic-pairing/engineer spent time swapping out mics to get the perfect sound for our instrumentation, and the environment was overtly gorgeous, with crystals mounted on the banister adjacent to all the famous records on the wall that were cut at this studio. It was a blessing to share the same monitoring room couch as other greats like Michael Harris of Idiot Pilot. But all of this would only be three stars in my book. The finished product arrived at the end of the day and sounded far superior than I expected it would. The bass was lush and present, the percussion punchy yet gentle and textured, and the instrumentation had such a great stereo image. This was the fourth star. I'm giving them the coveted fifth star purely based on how much love the engineers put into their job and how much they cared for me as a client. I had the utmost faith in them throughout the day as they guided me through the motions and I felt like family at the end of the session. I will be taking the trip 2 hours north to Bellingham for all my recording needs going forward. Go Bayside!

The soundproofing is good, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. From time to time we'll book the bigger room, when the band has extra guests. In addition to the regular sized hourly rooms, they have a really nice big room for rental by the hour, you can even do small shows and parties there. Good equipment. Highly recommend.
