Quick jaunt from the East Side to this laundromat. Very clean, bright, free WiFi, space to sit, and plenty of machines. The price for washing and drying my bedspread seemed very reasonable. An easy, rather quick, and smooth process compared to when I used laundromats regularly. I also from street parking ridiculously easily right in front of the shop. Certainly will visit again!

It is very obvious that no one cleans these washers or even checks them. Most of them have hair or tissues and gum inside of them or they have mold in the detergent dispenser. It was impossible to find a clean washer I ended up only finding one that was okay looking. Heard this girl say there were a pair of jeans in a washer for over three weeks. Most washers had discarded wet clothes in them and smelled like they had been sitting there for months. It costs 3.25 to do your laundry in a dirty washer... added more photos since the owner wants to lie about them cleaning machines. Ask the people who come here every week they will tell you the truth. - added even more photos of only in service machines because the owner is and saying they are all photos of out of service ones. Wish he would have just apologized and ensured someone would come and properly clean the machines instead of lying.

I did a quick Yelp…read moresearch around Milwaukee and saw this place opened the earliest at 7AM, stoked to get this to-do squared away early. As mentioned in the other post, it provided that it opened at 7AM, but the employee came at 7:30AM. She apologized profusely and I could tell she was genuinely dealing with life; hopefully her matters are resolved soon as I wouldn't want her tardiness to affect her employability, she is a kind person. Otherwise, the facility is top-knotch. The pricing is reasonable, $1.50 per load on the more soiled setting that I chose, and the machines were clean, the layout of the facility well-organized.

The place is very clean and the staff was quite helpful. There's lots of carts to use but they can't go outside. They have lots of big machine options which is convenient for large to super large loads. Prices range from $5,50, $7.50, and $10. The smallest machine is 4.50 (not worth it) which is a lot smaller (half load size) than the next size up which is the $5.50. The machines wash well. They also have 3 size dryers very large for King size or larger comforters, $2.50 large for standards full load dry, and $2.00 for smaller loads. The dryers are set 30 minutes. I was disappointed that not only it took so long but his clothes still wasn't dry although I intentionally made each load lighter and used more dryers. The gentleman working there was nice enough to give me the additional drying needed for free. I took a star off for this. Other disappointed is the tables are super small and inconvenient for folding a full load of clothes. I took a Star off for this as well. Overall we made it work and got the job done. Not sure if we'll go back. I recommend trying for yourself and decide if it works for you. FYI - pictures are spot on so I didn't feel a need to take any.

This review is from someone who is VERY experienced with laundromats and how they operate. I've…read morebeen to many. I have a set routine that maximizes my time so I'm in and out quickly with fresh clean, folded, and organized clothes. I needed big machines to wash my college son's blankets, comforters, sheets, and huge pile of clothes so I came here as it was close by. There wasn't any attendant for assistance which I highly recommend someone always being there as homeless guys are hanging out there. At first I was a bit intimidated but realized they are harmless but still made it a little uncomfortable. Thankfully two other people were there so I felt better. Additionally, when I was folding last bit of stuff. Two guys came in that I quickly figured out were drug addicts when I witnessed them by the sink area (located in the back corner) with needles in there hand and looks like they was using the sink counter to prepare it. Prayers and moving very quickly to wrap up my folding got me through this. Never in my life experienced such a thing. Even the two homeless men hanging out in there picked up on what they were doing and took notice when I started moving fast. This caught me by surprise as the area didn't look like it brings those kinda of activities. The place itself needs some attention with cleaning too. Floors was dusty. Sink was gross looking and needs replacement plus part of the handle was broken off. Also, 3-4 carts is really not enough especially when busy. Thankfully it wasn't busy when I was there as I needed two carts for my laundry. Tables are good size for folding which I had lots of folding and needed it. Beware the machines looks much bigger in the Yelp picture but they really only have three big machines against the far back wall for heavy duty washing like comforters, blankets, etc. It's $4 to use them. Rest of machines are either front load ($2 wash) which in my opinion is same size as the top load so they're small or reg size top load ($1 wash M - F as shown in the picture below). They are standard and easily to follow panel directions when using. Everything washed fine. Heavy Duty machine washes for much longer period of time. I would advise if using start those first. Glad I did to balance my time there. Now for the dryers VERY disappointing. Normal at laundromats it always take me two drying cycles. Maybe three for my jeans and blankets. Not the case here. I kept feeding the dryer money as clothes wasn't getting dry and the dryer doesn't get very hot. I had to thoroughly check each garment to make sure it was dry. It was ridiculous. I even checked the lint drawer which all was full and needed cleaning out. But even after I did it didn't make a difference. For these reasons I would NOT recommend this place for washing clothes and will NOT return. If you do - Beware at our own risk. I hope the owner sees this review and make the necessary changes to correct these issues.

The only one I'd ever been to before in Milwaukee apparently shut down, and we wanted to make a stop at GFS, so Clean Laundry was right nearby. We used the 6 load washer which cost $8.75 per load and brought our own detergent. They have a detergent vending machine, plus another vending machine that was only half stocked, and all that was in that one was bottled water. The machines use tokens, which you can buy with bills. The dryer was something like 20 minutes for $2.50. Other than people leaving dryer sheets strewn about the floor, the laundromat was pretty clean looking and only a few machines were out of order. We were in and out in about an hour with clean bedding.

Idk about you, but I've NEVER poured laundry soap from that push spout on the big containers, into the clear measuring cap & had my hands &/or the cup be completely soap free afterwards! I have ALWAYS needed to rinse the cap & my hands, not to mention sometimes soap sometimes runs down the side of the bottle. Apparently Clean Laundry doesn't care if their customers are able to wash their hands or use the restroom & there's a sign letting us know that it's only unlocked if there's someone working there. If you're not familiar, there's no "regular" workers. People who want to use the machines for free can do so, if they clean the place. I hardly ever see anyone there "working".
