Honestly..... I don't get it. Granted I'm not much of a drinker but a menu consisting solely of cocktails with a jaffle as the only food item.... Maybe that's what you crave after one too many drinks but I was hoping for more. My brother pointed out there may not be kitchen facilities on site but I feel like such a poor attempt at offering food should be tossed aside and just own the cocktails.
The venue is painted with an underwater theme (think The Little Mermaid) and is barely lit. To the point one of the group pulled out their phone to see the menu.
The cocktails we ordered were interestingly served. The coco bananas in a DK style barrel and the pina colada in a whole pineapple. The thin straws didn't do much to suck up the beverage but I thought lifting a pineapple to my lips might end badly.
I don't think I'd rush back. I prefer food with my alcohol. Burning incense is a major turn off also. I hate to give bad reviews but I remain hopeful it comes down to me not being their target audience. read more
