Unfortunately, the quality and consistency declined over time. On several occasions, I gave polite feedback about areas that needed more attention (for example, floors not fully cleaned or a toilet left dirty), but the owner brushed off my concerns instead of addressing them. There also seemed to be high staff turnover, which likely contributed to the inconsistency. It's unfortunate, because I really wanted to keep supporting a local business that used safer cleaning products.
