The utility closet wasn't touched. They did things like shelves and baseboards, but when they left, I found even more places that were completely missed. There were streaks left on most of the windows and bathroom mirrors. A small blind in the master bath had 2 louvers broken off, and then it was just left like that for me to find...they said it was already like that. The only bad thing I would have to say is that for a move-out clean, they didn't do the oven or fridge... so I'd specifically ask for that if I use them again.
