I could not have completed this project without the support, guidance, and encouragement of the therapists at both locations. It was an honor to complete my capstone experience and to get to know Betsy Hart CEO, as well as the occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, genuine, and supportive. They all share a strong passion for this company and its mission. Their dedication to helping clients and caregivers achieve success, progress, and growth is evident in all that they do. This review is a year overdue. I thought I had written a review prior. Oops…read more We saw Ms. Cindy for a few months in the fall of 2023. We were referred to Amaryllis for OT for our 1 month old son. (He's now 1.5 years old.) Our lactation consultant didn't suspect a tongue tie but she had suggested Amaryllis for some OT since he wasn't latching correctly. When we first saw Ms. Cindy, it would take our son 30-40 minutes to finish his bottle. And by the time he was finished, he was still hungry. We discovered his bottle time should be between 15-20 minutes and he was using extra energy which is why he would still be hungry. We saw Ms. Cindy for about 10 sessions? Maybe 8? It was about 8-10 weeks for about 30 minutes each time. And our son was so much better. He wasn't using his tongue correctly in utero and we worked on some exercises to help him. We saved some sessions for when he started solids but honestly, we didn't end up needing them. He became such a good eater. And I think it is because of the work we did with him in the first few months of his life. We definitely appreciate all the work that Ms. Cindy did and all the extra work we had to do at home as well.

I have no experience with the other therapies that Amaryllis offers, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. I also wanted to preface that I believe the person we worked with us has now left Amaryllis so me experience is only with one OT. We were seeing a lactation consultant who mentioned that our baby may have a tongue tie and lip tie. They recommended that we go to Amaryllis to have it checked out. The OT we met with immediately told us that the baby had significant lip ties and tongue ties and that we would definitely need to have them removed. My baby was eating fairly normally up to this point, so we were surprised the ties were such an issue. The person also began talking about research studies that she was participating in herself, her brain waves, and started to tell us how she used Ivermectin to treat COVID on herself. It was just a very odd appointment. Before we left she told us that she would recommend the person who would do the laser removal of the ties and that we had to go to that person. This made us feel like she was getting a referral fee. We left feeling very uneasy. We decided to to get a second opinion with a pediatric dentist. The pediatric dentist said our baby had a slight tongue tie, but that it was so insignificant that they would not recommend doing anything. The dentist said that he does tongue tie and lip tie procedures when they are needed, and he charges a very nominal fee to do so, but that our baby did not need any intervention. We were very disappointed with our experience and never went back to Amaryllis.

I get releif short term which is invaluable to me although im very aware the issues are structural and need dental work. I told her the other day that I feel like it's Christmas morning whenever I see her, it feels like a gift and I appreciate her so much! Justin is also a fabulous PT! Abby hit the sweet spot with the TMJ work for me.

Dr. Lee's office provided me with a wonderful experience of neuropsych testing for law school…read moreaccommodations for persisting symptoms related to my traumatic brain injury. I am a young adult who has already experienced neuropscyh testing, so I knew what to expect. However, Dr. Lee exceeded my expectations by focusing specifically on what I needed to be tested on and was readily able to make changes to the final document explaining the diagnosis and recommendations. My testing was about 7 hours, instead of spread out between multiple days, and her office was able to accommodate the sessions both online beforehand and in-person for the actual testing. Further, Dr. Lee's assistant, Robyn, and billing services assistant, Heather, were so kind and helpful with answering all my questions. Dr. Lee's office is beautiful and extremely tranquil as well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for adult neuropscyh testing.

They have an excellent knowledge of neuropsychology and stay on the cutting edge of their field. They have provided us results and guidance that we could have never found otherwise. Everyone who works here is attentive, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. What has stuck out to me as well is that anyone you speak with here will treat you like you're the only patient. I never felt like I was taking up too much of anyone's time or inconveniencing anyone and it really meant a lot, especially with what my family was going through.
