Aisha was by turns argumentative or simply ignored my requests. It was one of the worst consumer and customer service experiences of my life. Pros: Very powerful…read moresoftware, it is comparable to SalesForce/iForce in functionality, but can be customized without programming . Available for download as well as a cloud service. Only took 20 minutes to install and a couple of days to configure. Good reporting functionality and a cool workflow engine. The most powerful search capabilities that I have seen anywhere! Really extreme, but still quite easy to use. Seems solid, at least no bugs found in the first week of use. Cons: Memory hog! It was slow until I upgraded from 8G to 16G RAM. I would deduct a star, but the download page say that it needs 12G. Staff interface could do with some Web 2.0 eye-candy to make it more appealing Seemed complex to configure until I went through the video tutorials, but this may be inevitable given its flexibility. Summary: Great software for a sophisticated operation or if you have special needs that the cookie-cutter products cannot handle, but probably overkill for a small company. It needs a server with a lot of RAM, I remember when entire ERP systems were written to run in under 2G.

We used EnterpriseWizard for the help desk at my old company (I worked as part of the IT support team), but I took a better paying job recently at a bigger company that uses Remedy instead. Wow. Huge difference, I didn't really appreciate how good EW was until I had to slog through this one. Short version, they do support very well. Long version, you can map out the entire process for support, and then just enter it into your database and once a ticket starts it can send receipt notifications, automatically assign the ticket to a staff member, handle back and forth communications until its approved, and then sort the ticket into a storage location. You can notify anyone, including staff and customers, and it has these handy links you can put into automatic emails that link straight to the ticket. I really like the fact that you can customize the end user interface very easily. We can still do it with Remedy, but it's incredibly difficult and we essentially need a huge team and tons of time to do what we handled easily with only a few people at my old company with EW. The new system is a lot clunkier and relies a lot more on repeating the same few manual actions, which is dull, rote, a waste of skilled staff time, and leaves opening for problems. Also, I agree with the other reviewer about the search speed, it's impressive considering how many records I was searching through at any given time. The real con I can think of is that you need some html skill to customize the EUI, but for me it wasn't really a problem since one of my coworkers knew html. Also, there are other functions but I can only really vouch for a lot of experience with the support features. Overall though, really good. Systems like this are the kind you really appreciate once you have to use a worse one.

Our most recent job was rather complicated: a one-hour panel discussion with a keynote speaker and four panelists... not all of whom spoke English as their first language. We also needed a ridiculously fast turnaround. When I joined the company, I did my research, and Yelp helped me find ITSI. Score! Jeffry and Debra turned around my job within two biz days. They understood almost all of the often technical words, and correctly identified the speakers. Many transcription services just give you a "speaker 1" "speaker 2" etc. This really slows you down when you're writing an article. BTW, VERY reasonable pricing. Can't recommend them highly enough!

After hiring them for their captioning services for a movie caption file to be uploaded to amazon…read morevideo. I was quoted the total project price by the sales rep. When I received the invoice the price then changed to be more. This should have been a red flag, after some more back and forth they changed it to the price that was quoted. Shortly after I receive a message from one of their representatives stating that I would have to pay more for full translation services which would be a 50% cost increase. I had provided a script to avoid this cost which was worked out in the original quote. They carried on to "convert the file to Amazon specs". I received the file and it was uploaded to amazon where it was rejected due to a UTF-8 encoding issue. I sent them the message error and they sent me a new "fixed" file. It was uploaded and rejected again. I then replied to them with the error and that I would like a refund and was not satisfied with their service as the file failed twice now. During the process of asking for a refund, they first told me that it would take 45 business days. I challenged this and they changed it and said 3-5 business days ONCE APPROVED. I asked if my refund is approved and they said they will review it. After 3 days of back and forth on this matter, they finally said they will not issue a refund and that if we wanted they would upload the file to Amazon and maybe that would work. I replied by saying on their website it states 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back and we were not satisfied. I asked them for a detailed description of what they actually did to the file. We paid per minute for over an hour of footage to have captioned and compliant for amazon, if no actual translation was taking place and the file kept failing what was this "amazon compliant" captioning service we paid for. I asked for a detailed description/explanation of what they did for our service. All they sent was the invoice line item with the description and cost. They offered little explanation and any they did offer was purposefully vague and void of any real detail. In summary, I would not recommend their services. I know there are issues sometimes and things don't work, I get that. The way they handled this when asking for a refund was the worst I have ever experienced. They gave me the run around for days wasting my time and the time of others. They tried to discourage me by saying the process would take 45 days. They offered little to no detail on the work that was actually done. Don't trust what they quote you if you negotiate on a price chances are there will be additional costs after the project starts to get to that original inflated quote.
