The rest of the team working alongside her were also very kind and professional, contributing to such a welcoming and well-coordinated experience. In addition, the food and wine were excellent--everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, which added even more to the overall experience. When we arrived, someone was directing the flow of traffic in the parking lot, we then stood in line to complete our check in and then grabbed our first glass of wine, which we sipped while browsing the vendors; there were more than I could count - selling jewelry, sweets, candles and other unique and some customizable gifts. After we finished browsing, it was time for our reservation. We were seated at a table by a full length windows which had a beautiful view of an outdoor patio with a view of the Bohemia River - lovely... We ordered our drinks and apps which didn't take too long - we shared the apps, which were Brussel sprouts salad and Brie Bites; both were delicious (we did ask for more dressing for the salad but the flavor was good overall). For our entrees we ordered salmon and Chicken Bruschetta - all was delicious and cooked to perfection with great flavor. Last, dessert, which was a small cake for my girlfriend, whose bday we were celebrating - I think it was Bourbon vanilla - it was absolutely yummy. We all had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish and are planning to return when the temperatures warm up so that we can spend more time enjoying the beautiful, serene surroundings. My most recent experience was their Wine and Cheese Pairing, which is featured every January. Each year, they curate a combination of local cheese and either honey/jam to pair with their wines, and every year, it's a hit. My favorite pairing this year involved their Pinot Rose, a delicious cheddar, and an orange ginger honey that was absolutely delightful. I also particularly enjoy their wine and cupcake pairing offered every March in partnership with Dia Doce cupcakes --- a highlight of every spring.

We also loved several of their wines, and took home close to a case between the two of us. They had a nice selection of whites and reds. Mostly dry wines, with some having just a touch of sweetness. The Sparkling Barbara and Barbara Rose are a fan favorite. I cant wait to bring my husband to crow in the future. Our visit was def worth the 2 hour car ride.

I tried the Merlot, the Cabernet Franc, and the Vidal Blanc as I am not one for sweet wines. I enjoyed all of them, particularly the reds, and ended up walking out with a bottle of the Merlot (which I still have today!). Each and every time I visit, I am greeted by the nicest of individuals who work here who are more than accommodating and very personable. Looking forward to visiting again and purchasing more wine!

The wines were good, my boyfriend loved them. They tend to make sweeter whites than I prefer but that's purely a preference. Their Merlot and Cab were delicious. The shop has cute gifts to purchase as well as their wine. We enjoyed our experience so much we booked a trip to their actual Vineyard in Sept for an event. I haven't been to a wine tasting room that was off a vineyard before. It was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend it for couples exploring the area.
