The owner wasn't even mad that I had to cancel! I definitely recommend calling this company & even though we didn't get to meet, I could tell that the owner was very professional and very accommodating. I didn't find another rate that was as reasonable as hers. I meant to post this almost 2 weeks ago, but it's been crazy. DEFINITELY call this company if you need help with cleaning, packing, or moving!!!

She was nice. Gave us a book to write in and we did. Nothing changed. Hardly dusted, swept dirt under rugs, paper left on floors for 2 weeks never moved to see if she was doing anything in room. Nope. Left notes still nothing. The lady was asked not to bring her dog in the church. Did it any ways the lady even put a blow up bed in fellow ship hall and was sleeping there. No one knew who she was when approached. No name of company any where. Lady was very rude. Took 2 day to clean a small church and didn't look like she did anything. Cobwebs every where, dust bad. Trash was being took out by members. I would not recommend this lady at all.

We didn't know the number to whom we needed to contact but when we did we told her what was going on and acted like we lied on the person. gave one month to get it right and came to find out the lady was taking her dog into the church and one member walked in and the lady had a blow-up bed and was staying there. Didn't dust or clean bathrooms well. the only good thing I can say is that the owner was nice. members would go to the church, and we didn't know who the person was because there was no uniform or any detail that said they worked for the service. he was told what to do in a book and she would sign off on it, but when looking, she didn't do what was told. Cobwebs still everywhere. dust was where she would not move things to dust, dirt swept under rugs paper left on the floor to see if she was going into the room, and still there 2 weeks later, and trash was not being taken out. This review is long overdue and baybay let me tell YOU! I hired Miss Janice in October 2019 to…read moreclean a house I had just moved into with four children. The former owners did not clean the house, they did a sweep and sway. They hadn't even cleaned out all their kitchen drawers of actual items. The ovens had not been cleaned and the house just needed a total deep clean. So I looked up and read every service on Yelp. I messaged a few, including Miss Janice. My first interaction with her was professional. She asked me the size of the home and what exactly I needed done. I explained EVERYTHING to her and she gave me a quote in the Yelp messages. I was very impressed by her attention to all detail. She even let me know that 'baby that is a big house. I will do my best for you and we will come to an agreement about the rate for your next clean after the first one.' Can't be more fair than that! So she arrives as promised promptly at 8am! She is ringing the doorbell and letting me know that she has all she needs in her supplies and no she does not need anything to drink. She has a job to do! We do a walk thorough walk through and she questions me again about what I would like done. She also makes suggestions about how to keep everything smelling good and nice and neat. My girl for sure. I leave her to what she needs to do and go to my office to work. Four hours later Miss Janice comes to my office to let me know she is done and we need to walk through. As we do she explains what she did and insures that it is too my satisfaction. Yes ma'am all the way!! Miss Janice not only cleaned my house, she made it smell and feel like a home. She wiped down everything and had my kitchen up to par with chef status. Miss Janice is my permanent service. She comes one per week and she does a fantastic job by deep cleaning every time she comes. She also got the house tip top ready for showing and move out and I cannot be more excited that I can now recommend her to my Yelp community and to the world of women and men that require a meticulous home. Miss Janice IS YOUR SERVICE FOR LIFE! Some of the pictures are of my home and Yes Ma'am BayBay it is bomb and still smelling lovely.

It took me texting twice for them to respond only to get told that they would be another 20 minutes (making them 35 minutes late!) because they double booked. "I had to clean another house I would be standing for an hour to go with you because of wso I came to clean another house." Very disappointing. I should have be prepared as another neighbor used them last week and told me "I didn't notice them dusting any of our built-in-bookshelves. The blinds were all bent around (I guess that means they cleaned them though... but didn't put them back - they were bent and some closed and some open, etc). Dirty shoes were placed on tables (in order to clean the floors, but....). I could tell they didn't vacuum the bathroom rugs, etc. I don't mean to sound but-picky, but these are just things I noticed that I wanted to share for you to know my reasons."
