My last experience with them though when an issue arose wasn't the best. The paper I got was bent in the corners making the card stock jam in my printer and look unsightly. Every single one of my 250 card order besides a 50pk was bent. I've reached out with them before about issues like this, like when I had blue marks over some of my cards. They just told me they'd make the factory aware. I was a little put off but again, their card stock is great 90% of the time. With this issue they said it must of been UPS which didn't really make sense considering 50 of them or so were fine. They said they would get back to me when UPS responded to them. I emailed over the next two weeks, twice. No response. All I asked for was an update on receiving a refund for damaged products each time. I eventually went to my bank to confirm a refund would be processed. I don't get why it was so hard to respond to an issue, or an email for that matter but it was very upsetting after being a customer with them for years.

I ordered several sample from the company but the paper I really wanted didn't come with the option to order a sample, so against my better judgement I went ahead and order the paper for my wedding invites. Unfortunately, it was not thick enough so I had to return. The company doesn't provide return shipping so I had to pay for it myself. Now, I've spent more. On shipping the damn paper then the paper was worth. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

This store has a wide range of items including unique gifts. They have a large jewelry counter and custom paper area. They have Yankee Candles, Life is Good, Red Sox and Patriots clothes, infant gifts/clothes and much much more! I love coming here during holidays. Quilling Card was founded in 2011, and its employees design and manufacture quilled greeting cards…read more The greeting cards are handmade in Fair Trade workshops by employees who undergo several months of training. Their website explains how each greeting card begins with a print, and then the artisan threads strips of Japanese kishu paper into a tight coil that is then molded into the desired shape and glued. Each card takes about one hour to make! I first purchased these quilled cards several months ago in a museum gift shop, and recently I made my second purchase directly through the company's website. Many of the greeting cards had designs of nature, such as animals and flowers. Other cards were for special occasions, such as birthdays and holidays. Customers can even order customized cards as well as quilled earrings, ornaments, and wall art. I bought cards for birthdays, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. The company shipped my package on the same day as my order, and the package took three days to arrive at my home. The greeting cards look beautiful, and I feel eager to share them with my family and friends. Prices were several dollars per card, but after looking at the craftmanship of these cards, I think that the prices were worth it.
