I found dirt in my bathroom, the sink was dirty I had to clean it, they didn't wash the shower walls, they didn't clean under any furniture, they didn't clean the stove and they left the microwave on the outside with grease, they left me a dirty mop in my kitchen and they didn't take out the trash!! They call themselves a professional company but they have nothing professional! I wrote to the number with which I contacted and sent photos and they didn't even answer me. I gave them the option to refund my money or send me someone else to do the job well and they have left me ignored! definitely companies like this should not exist, they are a SCAM, they only charge and do not give a good service

This is my first negative review on yelp. I would not recommend Sea Green Cleaning for any…read moreservices. They are unprofessional, making numerous excuses. The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.

I loved that Kamilla did such a thorough job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen area that I specifically asked her to concentrate on. Had to provide her with my own mop and vacuum and actually glad I did. Because I'd rather have them use my own supplies rather than the one that was used in other places also. Another thing to mention is their rates. Compared to other cleaning services that I spoke to on the phone, Cleaning Master was pretty affordable. Glad I found them especially because it was my first time using cleaning services and still doubting if it's worth it. Thanks a lot from a happy customer! Definitely recommend and will use them again in future.

Good stuff: The women arrived punctually - were organized, active and careful - used my own vacuum cleaner. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. So, average for maintenance cleaning but not great for deep dive cleaning.

After a few horror stories with other companies, I was extremely skeptical and thoroughly vetted my options. Cleaning Exec, though not many reviews on Yelp, seemed to have consistently very happy customers. And now I am one of them! Pricing is very competitive for the NYC area, and for the fabulous quality of Iris' work, it was worth every penny. Thank you Iris and Cleaning Exec! Highly recommend.

This is after she's done crying and saying how she's trying to save them through Jesus. She can't wrap her mind around the fact that people live with physical disabilities that she has not had yet and subjects them to humiliation last minute intentionally.
