The bingo part is of course fun, but what really made me fall in love with BD in Concord is the staff. From my first few times when I had no idea what I was doing or how anything worked, they were always so helpful and supportive. It is what has kept me coming back to this and kept me connected. The site itself is very nice. Comfy chairs, decent table space. It tends to be cold, so definitely bring a jacket. I know it sounds lame, but I enjoy the Subway there. I love being able to get a soup and sandwich (and the subway staff are super friendly as well). As for the Bingo, each day/night have different programs. I prefer strip games, and like their quickie or paper specials. The 6-ons aren't my favorite, but I'll play them when they have them. Wednesday and Saturday nights are what I consider their high roller nights. Strips usually pay out at least $2000 and they generally only play flash games that are $1000 or higher. Those nights can sometimes be a little overwhelming with the amount of people. I tend to stick with Sunday Matinee or Thursday or Friday nights. I like their special Mondays, which it sounds like they plan to do moving forward in 2026 so that's exciting. If you're looking for a chill Bingo session, or a fun activity to do with your friends, this is the place! PS: I came here for their New Year's Eve Special. I had an awesome time, but one if you don't like balloons (like me), this might not be the best time to come here.

Alright peeps so today we decided to try bingo all by ourselves and yes it was so scary. It started at 6pm but place opens at 4 for those that have a big party coming with them is best to come early to grab a table. So the front of the building was super clean besides sharing parking with the church next door so much parking spaces. We got inside and it was not that packed so it was nice for someone like us since we don't do so good with big crowds but is all good because we came and we played and still are playing. The people saying the numbers and letters are loud and very clear they explain the rules before dropping a ball. There are other workers walking around asking people if they want to buy more bingos usually people grab the $1 ones because sometimes it's an instant win or it gives you bingo numbers which is always good. My favorite is American heroes since it pays 2,500 that's the last bingo card of the night so everyone grabs a card. Overall this place is a must come and play for those that don't really like going out to bars or clubs this is a good place to go. Now for the moment of truth is this place Dendinger approved??? The bathrooms are only located in the back of the bar so if you have little kids, make sure they choose the best of two options in that area, either the karaoke singer or the bar fly. Senior citizens are the majority of this "Fraternal Order" although a few of the older gentlemen have tried to invite me into their sister league (lol, I thought that was sweet! However I politely declined with the upmost respect). They were all friendly and was very sociable about their past histories and easily opened up about their life stories. The bar is cash only and the prices are relatively cheap. All the workers here are friendly and are more concerned about you having a good time (especially making sure you sign up for the karaoke list!). The place is defiantly aged but I think that's what keeps this small crowd together. I kept hearing the regulars talking about building that place from the bottom up - they definitely take pride in their contribution towards this allegiance. The group mostly consists of a senior crowd that gets together on a regular business, always trying to raise money to help out the community. The people there are very friendly and they get to know your name pretty fast. I go there every once in a while to have a charity breakfast/dinner with my dad. All the people that work there are volunteers and I appreciate very much all the work they put into their job. They have a bar, which is where most of the people hang out and sing karaoke. There is also a separate room where they handle their club business/eating area, and bingo on some nights. If you are looking to rent the large room it will only cost you about $250. This place is a pretty good place for the older crowd to make friends,something to do, and help raise money for the community. I only wish they had a better source of income so that they may get an upgrade to the interior.

Customer service here overall is just at an all-time high and I love that. The king bedroom I was given was in the South Tower which was the newer tower and I had a valley view as well as a pool view. The view was amazing although it was cloudy and raining I could look out the window all day. The room was very modern and chic, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was firm yet extremely comfortable and I have no complaints. This was one of the better rooms that I've stayed at in a casino. My two-day stay was great, the slots did me right as I won a jackpot and kept winning. I accumulated a lot of cache comp which paid for my meals during my stay as well as my gas. My only complaints are the excessive amount of smoke, my clothes reek of smoke. Also, I had a few issues at one of the restaurants but other than that everything was good. I then went into the women's locker room where I enjoyed some of the spas amenity's. Front desk was so sweet, they charged my phone for me so I could have battery for my flight. I used all of the amenities as I paid $130 for the day which I felt was kind of high. I will say I felt like I was being watched the entire time, kind of hard to relax when you feel like your every move is being calculated. I pulled my phone out of the locker just to check into my flight, and the spa service lady walked up to me within 2 seconds asking me politely to not use my phone. I explained that I just needed to check into my flight, it would take a minute or 2 and I wasn't using my phone to communicate with anyone or use socials, etc. she was really nice and just doing her job but I gotta say, I've been to a lot of really nice spas and locker rooms and way nicer than this one, and I've never felt like I was being watched so closely. I didn't really feel like I had any privacy at all to be honest, so I ended up cutting my amenity time short as it was beginning to feel like I was having more anxiety than relaxing. Then my boyfriend came out of the men's locker room and told me he had a completely different experience he explained that he relaxed and watched tv and when he pulled out his phone to text me or ask what time we were going to meet after using the amenities separately, that no one scolded him or anything like what I experienced!
